About the home

Situated a short walk from the typical Spanish village of Alcalali, with its many restaurants and bars, this delightful villa is spacious enough to cater for 6 people comfortably and overlooks the Jalon Valley. The villa is furnished to a high standard and offers all modern conveniences. There is one bedroom downstairs and two further bedrooms situated upstairs with patio doors leading onto french balconies with fantastic views over the valley.

The villa is surrounded by a flat terrace looking onto a large pool - which is surrounded by a railing for your safety (see photo 6) with a barbecue area and a shaded naya (covered patio) the views from the terrace are fantastic.

There are steps from the road to the villa and secure parking inside the main gate.

Fans in every room provide cool relief in the summer and central heating in every room and a log burning stove
in the lounge provide warmth in the winter. we also have a additional inside toilet and wahbasin adjacent to the 3rd bedroom

Further details outdoors:
The pool area has tables, chairs, sun loungers and sun umbrella, it is a very private and secluded ideal for sun worshippers. The pool has a shallow end for children and easy sloping steps for access.

Conditions

To secure a booking 25% of rental fee required, full balance payable 6weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is required upon bookingt for breakages. returned after a satisfactory inspection by our agent.
If booking for two weeks midweek linen and towel change only.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca coastline has endless miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Its a region which is a paradise for
ramblers, cyclists, golfers, gourmets, sun worshippers and family entertainment. Benidorm offers Aqualandia Water Park, Dolphin Shows and Terra Mitica Theme Park. Many fiestas are held during the year with music and spectacular firework displays. The climate in the area is excellent with average temp. 18 degrees in winter and 32 degrees in summer.

The Jalon / Alcalali area

Alcalali is a Spanish village in the heart of a beautiful valley growing grapes,oranges, olives and almonds.
It is inland from the popular coastal resorts of DENIA, JAVEA, MORAIRA and CALPE where you can enjoy the
variety of activities that they have to offer. The village is renowned for its many restaurants and tapas bars
serving food at very reasonable prices. In Jalon the famous bodegas are excellent places for wine tasting and
the tourist info centre and internet cafe are also situated there. The valley is a walkers paradise ranging from a gentle stroll to mountain walks.
