Puesta del Sol is a 2 bedroom-ed property offered by Marina Alta Holidays and is a stunning front line villa offering uninterrupted views of the beautiful Jalon valley and its backdrop of mountains. This villa is presented to the highest of standards and has very spacious, and extremely well equipped accommodation including a large lounge with a separate dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a master suite with en suite shower room, 1 further further twin bedroom and a further shower room.

The landscaped grounds to the property are completely enclosed and feature a variety of different aspects and even a secret garden.

The focal point is of course the spectacular pool surrounded by terracing where there is a covered dining area. Off the lounge there is also a lovely covered terrace that overlooks the pool and mountains beyond.

The Jalon / Jalon Valley area

This villa is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley. Villa Puesta Del Sol is located 20 minutes inland from Spain's Costa Blanca which offers some of the best beaches, scenery and climates that Spain has to offer. Spectacular mountains and unspoilt plains of olive trees, orange groves, vineyards, raisins and almonds surround the Jalon valley. The area is renowned for it’s natural beauty and has a very hospitable nature.

Just a few kilometres from the property are the unspoilt traditional Spanish villages of Alcalali, Jalon and Parcent with their vast choice of bars, restaurants and café’s that offer both Spanish and International cuisine. The main town of Jalon is famous for its production of wine and produces around 2.5 million litres a year, you can sample the Moscatel for which the area is famed as well as other wines and spirits at the local bodegas or better still accompanied with tapas at one of the local bars.
The area offers a wealth of amenities including a large supermarket, hairdressers, bakeries, butchers, honey stores, beauty salons, newsagents and gift shops.

The area is ideal not only for relaxing but also for those who wish to take part in the many outdoor activities that we can arrange for you, such as Guided walks, hiking, climbing, mountain/road biking, diving, sailing etc.
The popular coastal resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are a short drive away whilst the bustling resort of Benidorm is some 45 minutes away with it’s theme parks and the famous Benidorm Palace.Visitors from all over Europe have discovered the magnificent environment this town offers for holiday makers and residents.
