La Romana is offered by Marina Alta Holidays and is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley, yet only 20 minutes from the coast, this stunning, spacious 3-bedroom villa offers magnificent views of the valley below.

This stunning accommodation is very stylish and extremely well presented with a Romanesque theme throughout. La Romana can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has everything necessary to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is perfectly located close to the town of Jalon with its array of amenities and award winning bodegas, plus a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes.
On the ground floor as you enter the double doors you enter into the large luxurious well appointed lounge with a beautiful Fireplace. To the right is the spacious well equipped kitchen and dining area. Also leading off from the lounge are 2 Bedrooms, 1 Double Bedroom and 1 twin Bedded Bedroom, to accommodate these 2 bedrooms there is a shared Shower room. On the 1st floor there is a large luxury Master Bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. Also there is a walk in wardrobe.
Also on the ground floor there are door leading onto the large terrace which also leads to a large covered shaded terrace (Naya). From here you go down to the lovely pool which is surrounded by terracing and Roman Pillars and offers complete privacy.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The World Health Organisation has designated this area as possessing one of the finest climates in the world and the EU has awarded many of the beaches in the area the prestigious "blue flag" for water quality and cleanliness for several years running.
The landscape of the Marina Alta is blessed with miles of unspoilt beaches at Calpe, Moraira and Javea and wonderful rugged mountain vistas. Slightly inland can be found the traditionally beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys, the green paradise with a wealth of citrus, almond and olive trees and a carpet of vines producing wine for the award winning bodegas where samples are freely available!
This area is a unique place that every traveller should visit to sample the beauty, the traditions, the numerous fiestas, the handicrafts, the excellent local cuisine and experience the warmth and friendliness of its people.

The outstanding balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 300 Euros is also required.
This is payable at the same time as the outstanding balance and will be refunded to you in full providing that no damage has been caused to the property, its contents, fixtures or fittings.
