Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in Euros, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost of the holiday. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

A security deposit of 300 Euros is also payable eight weeks before commencement of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

Welcome to this exciting and enchanting part of Spain. This region stretches from Valencia, the city that invented paella and is proud of it’s tapas, stages Las Fallas – Europe’s wildest spring festival – and is home to a 22nd-century city of Arts and Sciences, south to the city of Alicante, a bustling, bright port and holiday city with vibrant night life.

The coastline boasts some of the Spain’s finest beaches, as well as pleasant natural features such as La Albufera – a freshwater lake famous for it’s bird life, eels, flat bottomed boats and surrounding paella restaurants – and charming towns such as Altea – one of the prettiest little pueblos on the Valencian coastline – as well as the tourist Mecca of Benidorm with it’s superb beaches and fantastic nightlife.

Along the Costa Blanca, the White Coast – you will find some of Spain’s most popular beach resorts including Javea, Gandia, Oliva, Denia, Moraira, Altea, Benissa and Calpe offering great beaches, excellent sports activities, lovely marinas and fishing ports surrounded by restaurants and bars serving some of the best of Spain’s traditional cuisine.

Jalon

The traditional villages of Jalon and Alcalali are only a 5 minute drive away and a wealth of attractions including horse riding, walking, golf and scenic mountain drives. There are a large number of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding villages of Orba, Alcalali, Jalon and Parcent - all offering excellent value for money with 'menu del dia' from approx 8 Euros per head including bread and wine. The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Jalon, Alcalali, Lliber and Orba can all be easily reached within 10 mins drive. They all have interesting characteristics and plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars.

Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the townhouse. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 minute drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the property is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing.

There are several Golf Courses in the area most within 20 to 50 mins drive. Benissa 9 hole course 25 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 40 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 45 mins drive.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 20 - 45 mins drive. Denia 20 mins. Moriara 20 mins. Calpe 20 mins. Javea 25 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins
