The beautifully appointed apartment occupies the lower half of a large, modern, luxurious Spanish villa, which stands in an elevated position with striking views of the valley below. The apartment is in a fantastic south facing location and has spacious accommodation to include one double bedroom with French doors onto a terraced area, a further twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, a lounge with sofa bed, a further large luxury shower room and a fully fitted and equipped luxurious kitchen. Immediately outside the apartment is a covered terrace leading directly to the 10m x 5m pool.
The grounds also boast an outside dining area covered by a pergola – providing a great ambience for long summer evenings with a chilled glass of wine. Bella Vista has a dedicated beauty salon run by a qualified beautician, as well as a fully equipped private gym for the more energetic.
We can even provide a personal fitness trainer to assist in your efforts. A perfect base for guests of all ages where you can be pampered, relax or enjoy an activity break. Whilst staying in the apartment clients have the sole use of the pool and the Gym should they wish to use it.
The terraces surrounding the pool makes it completely private. However the owners are on hand should you have any enquiries or would like to go on walks with the Owner Nick who does conducts walks and rambles or tours of the area at various cost dependent on what you require.
Also his wife Liz is a beauty therapist and has her own small beauty salon contained within the premises and she offers Manicures, pedicures, Head Massages etc etc at very reasonable rates. There is WIFI and in the next 2 to 3 months Satellite TV will be available.
At an extra cost per person there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Also a Childs cot and high chair at the well appointed apartment. Also the owners provide a Traveling Paella service, cost dependent upon Nos etc. They also provide a traveling Giant Games Service at a cost.
NB :- Beach Towels ARE included as are sun-loungers. Also they have for hire some bikes available. Inflatables for the pool are also provided.

The beautiful 10m x 5m pool is for exclusive use of the holiday guests and has private terraces overlooking stunning views. For your enjoyment there are sunny areas complete with sunloungers plus a covered area for relaxing in comfort in the shade and also an outside dining area for, 6 people, covered by a pergola.
There are inflatables available along with Giant Games.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The World Health Organisation has designated this area as possessing one of the finest climates in the world and the EU has awarded many of the beaches in the area the prestigious "blue flag" for water quality and cleanliness for several years running.
The landscape of the Marina Alta is blessed with miles of unspoilt beaches at Calpe, Moraira and Javea and wonderful rugged mountain vistas. Slightly inland can be found the traditionally beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys, the green paradise with a wealth of citrus, almond and olive trees and a carpet of vines producing wine for the award winning bodegas where samples are freely available!
This area is a unique place that every traveller should visit to sample the beauty, the traditions, the numerous fiestas, the handicrafts, the excellent local cuisine and experience the warmth and friendliness of its people.

The Jalon / Murla area
This wonderful property is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley. Bella Vista is located 20 minutes inland from Spain's Costa Blanca which offers some of the best beaches, scenery and climates that Spain has to offer. Spectacular mountains and unspoilt plains of olive trees, orange groves, vineyards, raisins and almonds surround the Jalon valley.
The area is renowned for it’s natural beauty and has a very hospitable nature. Just a few kilometres from the apartment are the unspoilt traditional Spanish villages of Alcalali, Orba and Parcent with their vast choice of bars, restaurants and café’s that offer both Spanish and International cuisine.
The main town of Jalon is famous for its production of wine and produces around 2.5 million litres a year, you can sample the Moscatel for which the area is famed as well as other wines and spirits at the local bodegas or better still accompanied with tapas at one of the local bars. The area offers a wealth of amenities including a large supermarket, hairdressers, bakeries, butchers, honey stores, beauty salons, newsagents and gift shops.
The area is ideal not only for relaxing but also for those who wish to take part in the many outdoor activities that we can arrange for you, such as Guided walks, hiking, climbing, mountain/road biking, diving, sailing etc. The popular coastal resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are a short drive away whilst the bustling resort of Benidorm is some 45 minutes away with it’s theme parks and the famous Benidorm Palace.

On booking, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost is due. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 300 Euros is also required. This is payable at the same time as the outstanding balance and will be refunded to you in full providing that no damage has been caused to the property, its contents, fixtures or fittings. We will of course discuss any deductions with you.
