Our beautiful poolside apartment is perfect for either a couple or a family of up to four to rent for an amazing holiday in wonderful idylic surroundings with quality accommodation.The apartment is situated overlooking the heated pool making it a perfect location for an all year round holiday and based in a location second to none offering a holiday as relaxed or as busy as you may want.
Being designed to give you luxury and the all important home from home feel we offer great facilities and comfort.
The bedroom has the best luxurious bed linen and even christy dressing gowns for chilling in after a soak in the fabulous jacuzzi.The bathroom has a fantastic power shower and your egyptian cotten towels are supplied and changed half weekly.
In the lounge area is a double sofa bed ,brand new expensive leather, and a tv with full freeview English tv if you feel like relaxing and catching up on your favourite programmes.The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need and you have a eating area for 4 people.
Outside you have a fantastic patio with garden furniture and a large bbq area situated right underneath the beautiful grape vine that in the summer produces wonderful grapes for you to eat.This area is just great for al fresco evenings watching the sunset go down with a good glass of wine.
There is a heated swimming pool,jacuzzi and a large games area for you to use included in your holiday price giving you fantastic facilities to enjoy all day long.We also supply a welcome pack upon arrival and if want any extra shopping fetching before you arrive dont hesitate to ask.
This apartment is perfectly situated to tour Andalucia as it is only ten minutes from the main motorway of giving easy access to Granada,Malaga,Cordoba and Seville.
If you just want to come and soak up the sun then its also a perfect place.Fancy a touch of pampering, we can organise your own beautician for massage and even pilates one to one sessions.
All in all this is a wonderful rural retreat with a few tapas bars in walking distance to go and experience fantastic Spanish food and wine,a perfect location for an unforgetable holiday.
We do have two poolside apartments so can offer you twin or double beds whichever is your preference and if there are more than four you could rent out the two together.
Situated not far from the well known lake and beach of Iznajar this is a great place to enjoy sunbathing and swimming without the busy coastal beaches or even taking our kayaks if you want some energetic activities.

The Inland Andalucia / Cordoba Province region

Andalucia is an amazing place and wonderful to expore many large cities and also the beautiful white washed tranquil villages dotted around.There is Granada,Cordoba,Seville and Malaga to visit all in travelling distance from our beautiful property and as we are so centrally located it is a perfect location.There is nothing like a busy day touring to come back and relax in the hot tub with a nice glass of wine!
Other places not to miss are Ronda,Priego De Cordoba and the fantastic Torcal mountains,something truly spectacular and again easy driving distance..
Andalucia holds a great climate all year round and the Winter months are still filled with sunshine offering you perfect day time weather for touring.
Why not visit the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada and the Mesquita in Cordoba.
Being based only one hour and 20 minutes from the famous ski slopes Sierra Nevada you can experience from December to April sun at our apartment and then travel to a day skiing or snow boarding giving you the best of both worlds.

Iznajar / Adelantado area

Iznajar is a wondeful white washed village with the ruins of a castle and some fantastic places to visit for history.Dotted around the village are many tapas bars with great food and even a local market on a Tuesday.
The best attraction for the area is the 18 mile lake with a dam that has to be seen.There is a beach so you can enjoy relaxing there or doing non motorised watersports if you feel energtic.We have kayaks at our villa so you are welcome to take them out to the lake for the day.
We are able to organise a beautician on site for a minimum of half a day and quad biking is now proving to be extremely popular also
close by is horse riding,many museums and some amazing villages you will love.
Why not try the ferrias here,the main one being the 7th to the 11st Sept,something you will never forget.

How to get there

We are located near Granada airport only 35 minutes drive and Malaga airport 45 minutes drive . The budget airlines to use are www.ryaniar.com ,www.bmibaby.com ,www.thomsonfly.com , www.flymonarch.com and www.easyjet.com.
The nearby train stations are Loja and Antequera which have readily running trains that you can pick times and dates up on the internet and at Antequera the high speed train to Madrid is now open.
Casa Pino Solo is located 10 minutes from two major roads the A45 and the A92 which you will use to visit Cordoba,Malaga,Granada and Seville being ideal to tour Andalucia.This is know as the crossroads of Andalucia and makes our property a perfect place to reach all of the main attractions.It is wonderful to be able to see all sites of Andalucian and then be able to come home to enjoy al fresco dining and a soak in our jacuzzi and to use the heated pool which is great for all year round holidays.

Local taxis are available and we can book them for you or give you a telephone number of an English speaker so you have access to this service anytime you may want to use one.We also have a couple of tapas bars/restaurants within walking distance that you can indulge in at very low prices.

These apartments are set in the grounds of a wonderful large villa in two acres of olive groves with amazing views from all angles.There is a large drive for easy parking and there is an abundance of terraces,patio areas and many facilities for you to use.
The large heated pool offers you an all year round holiday and also the jacuzzi and games area adds the extra touches to give you a truly rememberable holiday.
for the cooler Winter evenings there are patio heaters so you can still enjoy being outdoors and enjoying the bbq and al fresco dining.

Just come back from two weeks honeymoon absolutely perfect. Great views great location and great value for money. you are in the REAL SPAIN here perfect location to visit the historical region of Andalusia. host Nige and Lisa are there to help you with any information which you may need, real depth of knowledge. apartments are first class with facilities to match with that homely feel. relax unwind, go for meals at local restaurants where you are part of the Spanish community drink, tapas and seafood to die for great value for money. brilliant local craft shops "Gerty can vow for this" lots of markets where you can still barter and get great prices. lots of small white washed villages. Casa Pino has all you need to relax and unwind and have the time to explore the local area lots of interesting places to visit with great history. apartments were well presented with free wine and staples to get you started on your arrival,also Lisa is able to get shopping for you if you ask before you arrive. BBQ in the evening Jacuzzi glass of wine Bliss..!! back home one day and already recommending it to friends and family for the next time we come back.Perfect time we had and really missing it already!!

We travelled as a group of two families, both with small children. Our plan was to take in various cities in Andalucia, with the idea of choosing someplace small and comfortable at the end of the holiday to enjoy a couple of days relaxation. Casa Pino Solo was the perfect choice!
The villa, divided up into a number of comfortable apartments had all the facilities you'd look for - swimming pool, games area, jacuzzi, barbecue, satellite tv, cooking facilities. This alone probably makes it worth taking a detour off the steady worn Granada - Seville - Cordoba route.
Three other things though made it stand out for us.
The first was its beautiful location. It's set in sloping hills surrounded by kilometres of olive groves - beautiful.
The second was the value for money. This was the cheapest and best accommodation we had on the whole holiday.
Finally, the way that Nigel and Lisa run their business immediately encouraged us. Booking was simple, and when we arrived they were brilliant (without being invasive). Every day they were available to give tips on where to go / what to do - and at the same time they had prepared an amazing welcome kit. The amount of work they've put in to making Casa Pino Solo an ideal holiday spot is obvious.
We hope to return!!

Wir wollten einmal nicht den "Strandurlaub" in Spanien und haben und für die Casa Pino solo entschieden. Und das war genau richtig. Wir haben für für das kleinere "Poolapartment" entschieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Ausflüge an die Küste, Córdoba und Granada ist der idealte Ausgangspunkt, anschließend wurde am Pool relaxt. Das Apartment, der Pool, die Außenanlage - alles super sauber und gepflegt. Absolut hervorzuheben sind die Gastfreundlichkeit und die Hilfbereitschaft von Lisa und Nigel.

This was the first time in Spain that we had strayed out of the holiday centres and large hotels. The visit to Casa Pino Solo was a beautiful introduction to the delights of staying in the centre of Spain and in the more rural areas. The villa itself was immaculate and the care and attention which the hosts, Lisa and Nigel lavished on it was only surpassed by the attention they paid to us to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The descriptions and photos of the villa were both accurate and helpful. The bedrooms complete with the kitchens were perfect with the welcome pack and the supply of books and DVDs if you really wanted to just stop the world and get off. The area around the villa and the town of Iznajar was exactly as it should be, picturesque, with old Spanish men sitting in cafes watching the world go past in their impossible steep, white painted winding roads leading to the most extraordinary views across the lake far below. Back at the villa, sitting watching the sun go down, barbequing by the pool, just finished off a near perfect stay..Helpful booklets in the rooms explained the local restaurants and gave good advice on quality and directions.. Excellent all round

I've stayed in many apartments but this was second to none. They had everything you need to hand and Lisa and Nigel went out of their way to help us with excusions, food shopping etc.
The rooms are clean and spacious and the location is good.
The pool is cleaned everyday and the jacuzzi was great fun. I will definitely be returning.

Nested amid thousands of Olive groves Casa Pin Solo is an excellent location for touring Granada & Cordoba. Attentive hosts, Nigel and Lisa do everything to make your stay enjoyable. They personally give a welcome tour on arrival, provide a fridge stacked with basics (and wine!) and introduce you to other guests creating a friendly atmosphere where guests discuss travel tips and experiences at the end of the day.The poolside apartment was well equipped and beautifully clean - no complaints - would certainly recommend
