Well within walking distance and there are bars/restaurants just a few strides up or down the road. You can also walk to the sandy beach of the Lake of Andalucia or take a short car ride just a couple of minutes away. Ideal for walking, bird watching, painting, golf at Antequera just 35 minutes down the road.
Only 1 hour from Malaga airport and 50 mins from Granada airport and with easy access to the main routes to the ancient cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba.

Iznajar area
Iznajar is a unspoiled, traditional white walled, red roofed village of Iznajar, with its castle dating from the 8th century and church from the 16th century, has spectacular views over a 32 km long lake which hosts a variety of water-sports and fishing.
The nearby beach: Valdearenas is on the lake where you can swim, rent pedalos and canoes, and learn to sail (and possibly other water sports). It tends to be busier on Sundays but is very quiet during the week, even in the height of the season. The water is beautiful to swim in, the bathing is safe and the beach has sand to lie on or for children to play in.

Further details indoors: Totally restored this apartment offers clean and comfortable accommodation for the family or small group of friends. It offers a large lounge with sofas, satellite free to view TV, a fan assisted woodburner for the winter months and a large table and chairs for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are 2 good sized bedrooms off the lounge area one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. The large bathroom has a corner bath, shower, WC and bidet. The washing machine is also housed in the bathroom. Beds can be changed around to suit on request.
Further details outdoors: There is a terrace outside the front door of the apartment with table, chairs and umbrella for shade with the lovely views across to Iznajar. Down the stairs there is another terrace that can be used and also a washing line. Plenty of parking to the side of the property which is accessed by a short track up from the main road.

Can be rented either weekly or monthly terms are available for more than 3 months at 500 pounds per month excluding water and electricity.
Conditions
This property has a refundable security deposit of 200 pounds against breakages. All linen and towels are provided but please bring your own pool/beach towels.
