John's Flat
The Flat is actually 1 of 8 independently owned properties made up of 3 to 5 star flats, villas and houses in the small Aegean town of Foca. The flat illustrated,T3, is on the second floor. No two properties are the same so they offer a unique chance for guests to select exactly what they want be it beach flat, town centre or quiet suburbs. All the properties have the same attention to detail but different numbers of beds and levels of facilities allowing people to select exactly what suits them.
We have been operating for over 10 years and have always aimed to have been able to offer much more, and for less, than others. We can arrange for your 90 minute transfer from the airport direct to the door where you will be welcomed by our friendly staff.
There is a high season from 15 JUN to 15 AUG and prices are also affected by the number of beds and the level of facilities.

The Aegean Coast region
Foca is a relaxed fishing town, ideally suited for families. It is on the Turkish coast north of Izmir and roughly at the same level as Athens. The island of Lesbos is a two hour ferry trip from the town. Temperatures are two or three degrees milder than on the mediterranean, which can be appreciated in JUL and AUG.

With over 10,000 inhabitants, Foca is large enough to have all the facilities from a market, Haman and innumerable restaurants to satisfy all tastes. At the same time it is free of the stress to be found in the larger resorts and you will be able to walk the streets in peace and without hassle. Local market, kilim shop etc in Foca. Extensive sea food restaurants, beaches and cafes. Boat trips. Pergamon, Ephesus and Pamukkale are within 3 hrs to one day. Ferry from Foca direct to Lesbos, 2 hours.
How to get there
Izmir and its airport are only 90 km, or less than 90 minutes, from Foca. The shuttle flights from Istanbul, Antalya etc take less than 60 minutes and can cost as little as £20 with a local carrier. BA and Cyprus Airlines fly direct to Izmir.
There are cheap coaches from the same destinations to Izmir for around the same price.
In the summer there is a regular four times weekly ferry service from the island of Lesbos to Foca. We are happy to arrange your transfer from the airport to your door for around £35. Hire cars are available at both the airport and at the airport.
