Our excellently located Bendis & Artemis flats are located in centre of Taksim-Beyoglu. We are in safest and most central area of Taksim-Beyoglu. Bendis & Artemis building is just 15 seconds away from Istiklal Avenue and 1 minute away from Taksim Square.

There are totally 9 apartments and suitable for group stays with multiple apartments. There is a lift in our building. In each apartment there is a king size double bed (or two single beds upon request) in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and moreover a single bed upon request for 5th person in the living room.

There is everything that you will need in our apartment and we also provide free daily cleaning and changing linens & towels & mattresses in each 2-3 days. All bills, wireless internet connection, satellite TV, security, daily free cleaning are all inclusive to the prices.

The Marmara Sea region

The Sea of Marmara (Turkish: Marmara Denizi), also known as the Sea of Marmora or the Marmara Sea, and in the context of classical antiquity as Propontis (Greek: Προποντίς), is the inland sea that connects the Black Sea to the Aegean Sea, thus separating Turkey's Asian and European parts. The Bosporus strait connects it to the Black Sea and the Dardanelles strait to the Aegean. The former also separates Istanbul into its Asian side and European side. The Sea has an area of 11,350 km² (280km x 80km) with the greatest depth reaching 1 370 m.

Taksim Square (Turkish: Taksim Meydanı) situated in the European part of Istanbul, Turkey, is a major shopping, tourist and leisure district famed for its restaurants, shops and hotels. It is considered the heart of modern Istanbul, and is the location of the Cumhuriyet Anıtı (Republic Monument), which was built in 1928 and commemorates the formation of the Turkish Republic.

Taksim is a main transportation hub and a popular destination for both tourists and the native population of Istanbul. İstiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), a long pedestrian shopping street, ends at this square, and a nostalgic tram runs from the square along the avenue, ending near the Tünel (1875) which is the world's second-oldest subway line after London's Underground (1863). Surrounding Taksim Square are numerous restaurants, pubs, bars and national restaurants & international fast food chains.

Taksim is also a favourite location for public events such as parades, New Year celebrations or other social gatherings.

We can provide free airport transfer or alternatively you can take taxi or use public transportation as well. Our Bendis & Artemis flat is just 15 seconds walking distance away from Istiklal Avenue and 1 minute walking distance away from Taksim Square.

We have a private washing & ironing room and staff in the building and we also provide this service free upto 20 TL credit for you. We give you 20 TL credit for washing&ironing (each 7 chilos washing is 7 TL and each ironing 2.5TL ), if the total amount of usage doesn't pass over 20 TL we don't charge anything from you for washing & ironing. If you pass over 20 TL, we just charge the differences after 20 TL.
