The Marmara Sea region
Very close to highligts like topkapi palace, hagia sophia, bluemosque, golden horn(30 min. by walking after the ferry) by walking and by boat and a lot of cheap and expensive restaurants...The silent neighbourhood of Istanbul but also the easiest transportation choices.

How to get there
2 way transfer is 45GBP from Ataturk Airport and Sabiha Gokcen airports
or you may take HAVAS infront of the Ataturk airport and go to Taksim (approx.5 gbp) take a bus to besiktas(.5 gbp) or eminonu take a ferry to uskudar or harem (.5 gbp) and walk from harem to flat or take a taxi or bus from uskudar (2 gbp taxi , .5gbp bus) totally 10gbp per person for one way.
