We are 3 minutes away to istanbul Congress Center ICC

Its walking distance to Metro station and Taksim square. By walk, you can walk in about 7 minutes to Taksim square. Its also close to Nisantasi.

The place is very secure, i am living at the same building with my family. But it does not mean that you share the flat with us. You will have your own flat to use, just for your own.

The flat is situated on the ground floor, easy to access and there is no stairs to climb.

I did renovate it on 2010. It has high ceilings. From taksim square, its 10 minutes walking distance and there are lots of interesting places around. Restaurants, Belly dance show center, clubs, supermarkets, banks, change office, hospital, book store, bakery, dry cleaning center is 2 minutes away.

There is a big park named "Taksim park" and there you can walk any time with 100 years old trees and take some fresh air. In the park there are 2 childerns play area with equipments. The park is connected to another big park named Macka park which is even bigger.

You can walk to the Stadium "inonü stadium" by walk for footbool matchs for the weekend. There is also a convension center , theater and military museum nearby, you can walk in 7 minutes.

Its easy access point for transportation, its in the middle of 2 metro station, you can walk to osmanbey or taksim metro station in 10 minutes. Bus station is closer then metro, with 3 minutes of walk, you can reach.

Its located in the middle of famous istiklal street and nisantasi district. In nisantasi, you can enjoy luxuray shopping or you may chose to shop in istiklal for bugget shopping.

There is 24 hour action in istiklal street, we call the place a street does not sleep, you can see 10 000 people in on night. There are 100s of night clubs, restaurants, dozens of cinamas, a famous fish market, shopping alternatives etc. in istiklal street.
