The villa has two bedrooms, a living room with an open fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace facing a private garden and a private swimming pool. The property is new and is impeccably maintained.
The villa is located in the Orange grove Village of DYAR SHEMSI which there is a gated community with a friendly restaurant, a convenience store, a library, lakes, tennis fields and an infirmary on site. A GRATOS shuttle is also available every day except sunday to go to Agadir.
For discovery lovers, our resort lobby is open 6 days a week and is available to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible

The Agadir region

The Sous or Souss is a region in southern Morocco, between Agadir and Taroudannt and just south of the snow capped Atlas Mountains. The area has a micro-climate with daily highs of 25c in the winter. In the summer, the village avoids the foggy weather of Agadir but is protected from the blistering heat of Taroudannt and the inland areas.

It is serviced by its own airport Agadir-Al-Massira (AGA), located 16 miles from the center of the city. For those already in Morocco, buses connect Agadir to virtually all major points in the country.

The Issen area

Less than 35 km away from the cities of Agadir and Taroudannt, and less than 15 km away from the Atlas Mountains, the resort is a wonderful base from which to visit the valley of the souss and discover these enchanting places. You can choose to embark on treks, horse backing, exploring the walled city of Taroudant, or simply relax by the poolside.

Of share its geographical location, Taroudant is a privileged and obliged stage excursions connecting the Sahara to Agadir, Agadir with Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Essaouira, Tantan, Talouine or Tafraoute.

The staff is at your disposal to organize as many or as few excursions as you would like to do.

Agadir is easily accessible from continental Europe and the UK. Many airlines including easy jet, Thomson Airways, BMI and ryannair fly in from the UK.

Royal Air Maroc, Transavia, Easyjet and many other airlines fly from the airport.

The village is located approximately 40 minutes away from the airport and the resort can organize a pickup or a car rental at the airport

“Lovely peaceful villa” We had a lovely holiday in a one bedroom villa in "L'Orangeraie de Dyar Shemsi". The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a lovely private garden, including a small pool. There's also a large communal pool (unheated so a bit cold in November!). The complex is very well planned and maintained, and the numerous staff were all very pleasant. I would strongly recommend it for a winter holiday - the weather was easily warm enough for us to sit outside all day and the heating in the villa was good for the cool nights. In half an hour you can drive to the Atlas mountains and to Taroudant, with Agadir and the coast about 45 minutes away. We ate in the restaurant on site once and the food was good, there's also a small convenience store with fresh fruit and veg 2 days a week. There are orange trees everywhere so no need to buy oranges! Communication before arrival could have been better as I found it hard to work out where it was (we hired a car rather than using their airport transfer service), however once we were there we had no problems, and they were happy to extend our stay for one night at very short notice after our flight home was cancelled. Also some basic groceries (washing up liquid etc) in the kitchen would have been good, but otherwise it was extremely well equipped. We also appreciated the wifi which was completely reliable.

“Peut mieux faire” En cas de problème , il faut se débrouiller seul le personnel vous fuit comme la peste c'est dommage car le site est parfait simplement , il ne faut pas être en difficulté
