Isola rossa is a beautiful village, situaded in the northem cost of sardinia, there are two amazing sandy beaches. The apartment is very central, near all the amenities and is just five minutes walk from the beach. Isola rossa is a small village, so perfect and secure for family with small children.

The apartment itself is situaded in a modern residence, probably the best in the village, it has a good size living room with a spacious balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. It has one double and one twin bedroom and bathroom.

The Sardinia region

The sea which is still rich of appreciated fish and subject of the nicest photographs, a real paradise for diving excursions. The village offers a great variety of commercial and recreational services : Restaurant, pizzeria, bars, disco pubs with live music, supermarkets, boutiques, shops with diving and fishing material, local handcrafts, boat hire, surfboards, canoes, pedalos, surfing school, recharging of diving cylinders, tennis and night football matches, gyms, massage and physiotherapy.

Summer housing Tanca della Torre, build only recently in a quiet residential area. The prestigious and comfortable apartments are situated in a two store terrace houses, have large verandas and gardens, car parking and colour TV and only by request we can add washingmachine (not included in the price).
Isola Rossa is also situaded in a strategic position, only 1 hour away from the main airports of Olbia and Alghero and just 1 hour and a half from the famous Costa Smeralda, where if you are luky enough you can spot
a hollywood star.

Bills (water, electricity, gas) : are included in the price.
Final cleaning fee payable at the office on arrival : € 25,00 for type B-B1; € 35,00 for type C-C1; € 40,00 for type C2.
Bed linen and towels: € 10,00 per person per change

Deposit : € 100 cash (returned after apartment inventory)
Beginning/End of stay : Saturday-Tuesday : 5 o’clock p.m./ Saturday-Tuesday : 10 o’clock a.m.
