"Great cottage, positioned perfectly in a special place."
This cottage has everything you need. Very well laid out. The decanter of whisky is a nice touch. The owner is great to deal with, even offering an extra night when there was a problem with the ferry's due to bad weather.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our cottage Phil. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at Nia Roo and our lovely island. It was a good choice for a last minute short break.

"Nice Place perfect location in Bowmore"
We really enjoyed our stay in Bowmore. The group from Sandefjord Taste of whisky est. 1989. Used this location as our base for the Islay Jubileum tour 2014. The rooms are nice with good broadband, TV and a fantastic welcome whisky. Nice backyard and all the neccesities needed Thank you for a good stay.

"Lovely cottage in a lovely area."
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Islands festival week. The lovely cottage is light and airy and equipped to a high standard. The back garden is secure so it's good for any four legged visitors.
Being centrally located it has shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, while also allowing easy access to the rest of the island.
We have already booked our next visit to the cottage.
