It is a two-story townhouse. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a bright living room, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. From the dining room is accessed through two sliding glass doors, two private terraces of 22 and 15 m2 with garden furniture.
The dining room table and chairs for 6 people, but most people prefer to eat in the main terrace, shaded by an awning. The living area has two comfortable sofas 3 and 2 seater, tv and stereo. The kitchen leads to a small laundry where they can build their things and leave the beach.
The complex has a large pool of 350m2 which is only open from 15 June to 15 September, always under the supervision of a lifeguard. There are two paddle tennis courts, a playground and beautifully maintained gardens. Under the house, in the garage we have two very large parking spaces.

The Costa de la Luz region
A day trip to Seville is a must, but beware of the heat! You have to walk in the popular district of Santa Cruz, near the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar. Just a short stroll from the main shopping streets Sierpes and Tetuan and numerous restaurants and tapas bars.
Other cultural attractions include Plaza Nueva and Plaza del Salvador, animated by the terraces of the bars and the Bodeguita. Also in this area can stroll through the Plaza de San Francisco and Plaza de la Encarnación, where the lookout Metrosol Parasol, and visit the Arab Baths, the Flamenco Dance Museum and the House of Pilate.
Islantilla is a modern tourist and residential complex on the Costa de la Luz Huelva, halfway between Lepe and Isla Cristina and a few kilometers from the Portuguese Algarve. It is located in an area with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, with an average temperature of 19 degrees and a wide range of entertainment options. The resort has over 20 miles of beautiful white sand beaches that contrast with the green of a beautiful golf course of 27 holes, and also has a magnificent mall.
Of natural resources in the area include wetlands and coastal pine Isla Cristina and Stones River Wetlands and the impressive 'Rompido Arrow'. All this talk of a special ecological area where there are plenty of opportunities for tourism.
In this complex predominantly Spanish tourists flock to Madrid and north of the country, but only during the high season months of July and August. The rest of the summer season is dominated equally between German and British with a few Portuguese and Scandinavian. Mostly couples and families looking to get away from mass tourism Spanish.
The southern area, located on the beach, integrates hotels, apartments, shops and a leisure center with multiplex cinema room and a host of restaurants in the area along the promenade. In the upper zone and up the slopes of the hill, cross the golf course (ranked among the top 100 courses in Europe) and the developments, mostly single-family homes.
Ayamonte, with its charming Old Town, is a city and municipality in the province of Huelva sitting right on the border with Portugal. It is the westernmost town of Andalusia on the Costa de la Luz, located at the mouth of the river Guadiana. The views of the river and the surrounding landscape are breathtaking and Ayamonte is also near the beautiful beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral.
Huelva is probably best known for the Doñana National Park, one of the most important wetlands in Europe, and home to a multitude of wildlife incredible dunes, marshes, pine forests, salt and freshwater lakes. In the north of the province is the Parque Natural Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, a protected area with excellent opportunities for walking and home to the famous Jabugo.
Families with children can go to Cartaya, just 15 miles from Islantilla, and experience an adrenaline rush in Acuopolis Karts or visit a water park.

Faro, Portugal: It takes about an hour to get to Islantilla from Faro airport, along a highway that never becomes congested.
Seville airport takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
