Apartments in the high summer season (July – August) assume a stay of at least one week. Mostly the stay will start on a Saturday afternoon and the apartment will be vacated by 10:00 am on a Saturday. This is not a rule, especially for reservations made early enough in advance, but we have different prices and conditions for stays of less than 7 night's (4-6), for 3, 2 or 1 night only, and also different priorities when reserving accommodation.
Out of high season accommodation, prices and condition are much more flexible and may differ considerably from the above. Therefore by all means contact us with your requests or needs or for information.

Enquire nowThe Dalmatia region
Dalmatia … the southest Croatian region on the coast of the warm Adriatic sea.
Historically named after the natives "Delmati", it became the center of the specific Mediterranean culture and life style, well known by the intacted nature and clean sea, idyllic beaches, picturesque colours of vegetation, kind and relaxed people …and of course …by many discovered and undiscovered locations where people have built their centuries-old stone homes, churches and fishing harbours.
Small and unknown places charmingly sleeping along the coast, islands like Pag, Pašman, Hvar, Korcula…coastal towns (Dalmatian towns are the oldest towns in Croatia !), the pearls of architecture under the protection of UNESCO like Dubrovnik, all these places are the meeting-place for tourists from all over Europe and the world …the riches in details and the riches of the soul …all these is sunny Dalmatia.
From the mountain Velebit to the wooded island of Mljet, from the range of the Kornati archipelago and unforgetable sea landscapes, to the pleasant Mediterranean climate the whole year, healthy sea food and wine… the visit to any part of Croatia will be unforgetable … and maybe your heart will inspire you to create a new home here …
Since the summer 2004 the whole Dalmatian region is connected with the modern highway Zagreb-Split, called «Dalmatina», so the way from the northern Croatian border to the coast has reduced to maximum of 3 hours, and driving is pleasant and safe.
Easiest way for scandinavians is to come via Split airport ( located in the heart of Dalmatia region ) with Norwegian / EasyJet / SAS / Croatia Airlines etc., Dubrovnik with Norwegian / Croatia Airlines, or via Zadar airport which is connected by Ryanair jets. For those who fly to Istria or northern parts of Dalmatia, best connected airports are Rijeka
( EasyJet/Croatia Airlines ) and Pula
( Ryanair/Croatia Airlines ).

Generally this apartment is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He could provide us wireless all over the vis village. You could hear the sea during the night, which is really peaceful and nice. The location is not that near to the port, about 15-20min by foot. Personally, I don't really like the design of the balcony. But still it is big and nice to enjoy the sea just around. And I will fully recommend it for couples to there. Great hotel. |
