Villa MM is located just few steps from the beach, surrounded by numerous pine trees. Quiet and peaceful yet only 5 min from the center it is ideal for families.It has own private beach access, three private gardens and hasnt got any neighbours neer the property.

The Kvarner/Lika region

Kvarner region is situated on the North of the Adriatic coast. The most important centers in the region are Rijeka,Opatija, Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski and Senj. These towns all have significant cultural heritage, while tourism and lovely locations offer numerous possibilities for sport activities and exploration of nature.

Lovers of history will find here numerous places for sightseeing, monuments, cathedrals and fortresses a well as National park Risnjak. Around the town of Rijeka one may visit also the walls that once protected the city from the invaders. Novi Vinodolski is also known for a city center called Novljan which represented the center of old Croatian aristocratic families in the 13th century – Zrinski and Frankopan.

Lovers of sport and adventure have numerous possibilities like rafting on Kupa, fishing in river Gacka, hiking, hunting, cycling, diving and tennis. Region is known for exquisite traditional specialties like scamps in vine, Frankopan cake, cooked fish and batuda – a traditional dish meal of beans, corn and meat.

The Island of Krk / Malinska area

Malinska is situated in a wooded bay of Krk. The aria is protected against cold winds, with little rain, mild, Mediteranean climate and about 260 sunny days per year. It is known as curative and bath Hungarian resort. For years, the Blue flag, an international award is recognition of quality and excellent facilities at numerous attractive and clean beaches.

There are 50km of walking anc cycling paths , and many water related acitivities( parachutes , tube, banana riding, jet -ski,pedal boat, diving and sailing school, volleyball, tennis, footbal playgrounds, kayak...
Boat trips offer unforgettable pleasures od discovering other croatian islands(Pag, Cres, Rab...).

There are also numerous summer events, such as traditional performances of klapa and folk groups, classical music concerts, art exhibitions...Krk is the birthplace of Croatian literacy and culture thanks to its Glagolitic heritage (15th century monastery, museums,fine arts events...).

The basic gastronomic offer of restaurants, taverns and beach bars is based on seafood and traditional croatian cousine.
