Cala Bella, a gorgeous private bay, in the protected area of the Nature Park of the Tuscan Arcipelago, is like an 'Island' within the island of Elba. The bay, a secluded property located in the sunny south coast of the island, is nestled between two promontories and the landscape is untouched. This is a breathtaking view on the Mediterranean sea. The romantic Villa ' La Canzone del Mare', hidden in a spectacular setting and surrounded by the scent of the Mediterranean maquis, is situated 300 Mt from the sea, and 80 Mt.above sea level. The villa , accommodates its guests in apartments of different size, that sleeps each from 2 till 4. Panoramic patio and verandas open out into a garden of Spanish broom and bougainvillea plants. MonteCristo, the island of mystery appears on the horizon. A large private park full of pine trees, eucalyptus and rosemary plants slopes down to a wild inlet among the rocks.

The Tuscany region
Elba is well connected with the Tuscany coast in Piombino. A ferry takes 50 minutes to reach Portoferraio, main centre of the island. The timetable depends on the season. In high season, they run almost every hour. Piombino is about 2 hours from Florence, so a daily excursion into the city or in the Tuscan countryside is also possible. Elba is also reachable by plane flying directly to Marina di Campo that is served in summer by airlines out of germany or to Pisa . From Pisa is easy to take a train or rent a car to Piombino . Rental of a car on the island can be arranged on request. Elba is the biggest island of the Tuscan Arcipelago and the third italian biggest island. It's a world wide famous touristic centre. Island of Elba / Marina di Campo area
Cala Bella has a strategical location within the island:a secluded place but following a transitable dirt road of 1,3 km., in few minutes you may then reach the nicest place of the island. The mondan village of Marina di Campo is at 4 km. , the nice Procchio is at 6 Km. They both have shops restaurants, disco etc.. BAY AND BEACHES: 700 Mt : the bay beneath, called Fonza, is reachable also by car, and is kept unspoiled and hidden from tourism. It is a large beach of river cobblestones and sand with low water in the bottom of the sea. The water is shallow and safe for a large portion.Due to the central position of Cala Bella you may move easily in a few minutes of car both south or north along the coast reaching the best beaches of the island: sand, rocks, unspoiled or crowded sea areas.
