Villa Maruka is a traditional Dalmatian stone house from the 19th century newly renovated into a luxury villa for 6 - 7 persons. It is situated in the peaceful old centre of the village Mirca, perfect for families looking for relaxation and a slowdown in an authentic island location.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with a fireplace, mini-bar and a TV set. In the forecourt of the villa is a swimming pool with a hydro massage bench and attractive outside dining area with BBQ, covered with the authentic stone roof. A sundeck is positioned to capture the best views of the sea and Dalmatian coast.
The nearest beach is only 800 meters far from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes drive.

Villa Maruka is situated in the old centre of the village Mirca, 3km west from Supetar, which is the port for ferries connecting the island Brac with Split. This part of Mirca still has the authentic soul of an old island village. It still has stone houses, narrow streets, and the time you spend here passes more slowly and peacefully. The village is surrounded by old olive trees, orchards and abandoned fields with interesting hiking/biking routs. The villa is handily place for exploring the island of Brac and its charming seaside towns, hidden beaches and a beautiful unspoilt nature. One can also take the ferry beck to Split for one day shopping and sightseeing in the Split old town formed in the magnificent 1700 years old Roman palace.

Further details indoors: Villa Maruka has just over 120 m2 of the interior. On the ground floor there is a lounge/dinner area with TV and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet/guest cloakroom, small laundry room, and one double bedroom with a big bathroom en suite and a terrace door leading out onto a side terrace. From the lounge a grand staircase leads to the first floor which contains a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and one bathroom. There is one more shower room next to the outdoor eating area with BBQ. Each room has SAT TV, air conditioning and a safe.
Further details
The price includes use of linen, electricity, hot and cold water, every day cleaning, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, daily towel change, linen change two times a week. Guests have on disposal USB modem for mobile internet receiving UMTS signal. The use of the internet is free of additional charges up to 1 GB of data traffic per week. Additional services that can be arranged: massage at the villa, car/scooter/bike/boat rentals, laundry (washing+ironing), baby sitting.
Conditions
MINIMUM STAY: • July and August – 7 days, arrival/departure Saturdays • Other months – 4 days, arrival/departure any day
SECURITY DEPOSIT is 300€ and it is collected at the arrival in cash. The amount is returned at check out, after the inspection of the villa. In case of damages or breakages in the villa caused by the guests, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
PAYMENT: 30% advanced payment at the time of booking and the rest one month prior the arrival date via bank transfer. All additional services payable on site can be paid only in cash to the villa manager. We cannot accept credit cards!
