Villa Gumonca is situated on the island of Brac, in the peaceful village Mirca, just few meters from the beach and the sea.

The villa features over 300 m² of interior decorated with designed furniture and a specious outdoor areas offering fabulous views of the sea and mainland. The villa consists of a main house and guest annex which are connected with porches and terraces. In the main house are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room, dining and kitchen area. The gust annex has 1 more bedroom, 2 bathrooms, smaller kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge first floor terrace with fantastic view of the cove, sea and Split in the distance.

Sea side outdoor area features a large porch on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 12, a pool deck area with a number of sun-beds and 24m² infinity pool. Villa is surrounded with gardens and has direct access to a beach.

Villa Gumonca is situated in the village Mirca, 3km west from Supetar, which is the port for ferries connecting the island Brac with Split. The ferries go often and the journey takes 50 minutes.
The villa is handily place for exploring the island of Brac and its charming seaside towns or traditional inland villages and a beautiful unspoilt nature. One can also take the ferry beck to Split for one day shopping and sightseeing in the Split old town formed in the magnificent 1700 years old Roman palace.

Every room is equipped with air conditioning, SAT TV, safe, hair dryer and en suite bathroom.
Main living areas and bathrooms have floor heating and there are 2 fireplaces in the living rooms - ideal for late autumn or early spring evenings.

The villa has a direct access to a pretty pebble beach.
The garden path leading to the beach passes between a small wine yard and a garden featuring organic fruit, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices. The villa guests can help themselves with e.g. some tomatoes for salads or mint leaves for cocktails whenever they like. Usually the owners pick the vegetables themselves and bring occasionally some to the villa.

SERVICES:
• The price includes use of linen, electricity, hot and cold water, every day cleaning, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, daily towel change, linen change 2 times a week, use of wireless internet at the villa area.

• The price also includes concierge service/services of a villa manager (providing information about the destination, providing the additional services, making reservation in the restaurants)

• Use of telephone is charged extra, by actual expenses, as well as consumption of drinks from the mini-bar and all the additional service.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
• Food: Guests have on disposal the services of our cook and waiter. We serve lunch and/or dinner in the villa, with one day prior notice. Meals we serve consist usually of 3 courses and are prepared with high quality seasonal groceries, purchased fresh by our cook. According to the preferences of our guests and best available groceries we offer menus with a choice of few meals from which our guests can choose what they want us to serve the next day. The meals are charged according to the purchasing prices of groceries, between 25 and 30 Euros per person. The price includes purchasing of the groceries, cooking by our chef and the service of a waiter who serves the meals in the villa. Ask for example menu!

• Mini-bar: Villa Gumonca is equipped with a mini-bar offering a selection of Croatian white and red wines,
usually also some beers and 2-3 bottles of French Champaign. There is a price list on the mini-bar and guests just note what they consume. We refill the mini-bar regularly and we can change the content of it according to the guests’ preferences.

• Massage in the villa – a masseuse comes to the villa and provides a 30 minutes or 60 minutes relaxing aroma massage on a location of a guest's choice – e.g. in a privacy of his/her room or on the roof terrace with a sea view and natural music of waves coming from the beach. Prices starting at 15€!

• Laundry: washing and drying 20€; washing, drying & ironing 30€

• Rent a car, rent a scooter, rent a bike, rent a boat (sailing boats, motor yachts, smaller speed boats for short rentals, taxi boat), wind-surfing school, scuba diving, excursions etc. – all can be arranged by the villa manager

• Baby sitting – evening baby sitting or daily up to 10 hours, also available on request.

Conditions

MINIMUM STAY:
• July and August – 14 days, arrival/departure Saturdays
• June and September – 7 days, arrival/departure weekends
• Other months – 4 days, arrival/departure any day

SECURITY DEPOSIT is 500€ and it is collected at the arrival in cash. The amount is returned at check out, after the inspection of the villa. In case of damages or breakages in the villa caused by the guests, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

PAYMENT: 30% advanced payment at the time of booking and the rest one month prior the arrival date via bank transfer.
All additional services payable on site can be paid only in cash to the villa manager. We cannot accept credit cards!
