Island of Brac / Duboka Bay area
Villa Galleria is in Duboka Bay, one of the most desirable locations on the Adriatic. Protected and secluded, the bay is a well kept secret even today. Further details indoors: Villa Galleria has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sleeps 14+ comfortably. Each floor has separate spacious living areas and terraces. The ground floor has two completely private living areas separated by lockable door. Both have spacious living rooms opening onto the pool terrace. One side has a kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom. The other side has 1 bedroom plus bathroom.
The first floor has a large gourmet kitchen and open air living area with folding glass curtains opening onto the large terrace overlooking Duboka Bay. There are also 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms this floor including a master en-suite.
The second floor has 1 bedroom and "study" separated by a lovely private terrace perfect for sun bathing, evening star gazing and morning coffee with spectacular 180 degree view of the sea and islands.
Further details outdoors: Villa Galleria is a solar home designed to respect the nature and beauty of our island and to preserve the environment. The villa has a small environmental footprint with solar power, generator for backup and large appliances and cistern for water. We kindly ask guests to be environmentally conscientious during their stay and to refrain from using appliances with heating coils such as hair dryers, irons, curlers, coffee machines, etc.

The balance payment is due 90 days prior to the guest arrival to guarantee the booking.
Payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest.
Guests are asked for a refundable €1,000 security deposit payable with final payment. The deposit is returned within 14 days of departing the villa if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to the indoors or outdoors.
Croatian tourist tax of approximately €1/day/person will be deducted from the security deposit.
