This magnificent Dalmatian villa is surrounded by a large garden which is planted with typical Mediterranean plants such as mandarins, lemons, figs, grapes, rosemary, lavender among many other pretty flowers.

The main gate of the villa opens automatically. Inside the gate there are two parking places. The pool area is situated on the south side of the house. Two separate apartments in the house give you a lot of privacy. Each apartment has a large facing the sea terrace with spectacular view. Near the pool area there is a gazebo with a big stone table which seats ten people. Also there is a stone fireplace that can be used as a BBQ.

The Dalmatia region

Because of its central position on the eastern coast of the Adriatic sea, the district of Split and Dalmatia has always had an extraordinary cultural and historical role. This entire rounded area consist of a wide hinterland through which flows the river Cetina, and of a coastal belt with an archipelago with many islands. Generous nature has garnished this rich and heterogeneous area with hidden bays, beaches, cliffs, karst, emerald groves, sea straits and vast hight seas.

The islands of Brač, Hvar and Vis are wide, with beautiful landscapes and hierarchies of bigger and smaller settlements seem to be threaded on a string along the coast. The hinterland, to which even the breath of the
Mediterranean reaches, consists of a mountainous landscape with karst, wide fields and settlements, among which Sinj and Imotski have got urban characteristics.

Island of Brac / Mirca area

The island of Brac is one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic sea. It has a long history and many great sculptors come from this island which is known for the beautiful white stone. One of the most beautiful beaches is in the village of Bol, known all over the world and is called Zlatni rat.

How to get there

If you are coming by plane the best is to arrive at the airport of Split. From the airport there is a 20 min. drive to the harbour of Split where you will take a ferry boat to the island of Brac (Supetar). From Supetar to Mirca you can take a taxi or at your request you can be greeted. If you are arriving by a car just come to Split (the ferries take cars also). When you arrive to Supetar follow the signs for Mirca, which will be always to the right. When you come to Mirca make a right turn and the house is 250 m up the road.

Refundable breakages deposit of 300 E is required on arrival will be refunded on departure day after property inspection.
