About the home

A charming and well appointed luxury villa and pool. Nestled on a unique, elevated spot inside the picturesque bay,with amazing sea views and sunsets. Located quiet within walking distance to the village and also a good point from where explore lovely places, restaurants ,shops,as wel as historical values and natural beauties on this attractive island.
The irresistible piece is the wanderful swimming pool, set in a most fantastic and secluded position overlooking the bay. And yet 50 m below there is a stone beach with a jetty from where to swim or rent a boat and explore lovely coves nearby.
The lovely interiors,superb huge terraced covered barbecue and a beautiful extensive garden all around , will relax you with a wanderful feeling of privacy.

Villa consists of two parts : luxury two bedrooms main apartment with open gallery, and a smaller guests anex. Comfortably decorated interiors are made with natural materials as stone, wood, cotto and every detail has been thoughtfully chosen. The living area is delightful-cool and spacious with comfortable sofa and armchairs,stereo system and lovely fireplace. A dining area only three steps above, with dining table and chairs is open to the well appointed kitchen.
Large windows and glass doors provide a splendid sea view, and access to covered terraces and garden.The wooden staircase leads you up to the gallery that overlooks the living/dining area. A sofa,library,little table and desk are comfortable refuge.
Beautiful sea views from all bedrooms from the villa ,also from a smaller guest anex. There are two bedrooms lovely living area with open kitchenette.
All the living areas have direct access to covered terraces and a splendid bay view.

Further details outdoors:
The house is set in a huge (3000 sq.m.) beautiful , terraced garden. Manicured palm and pine trees, olive and peach trees shade the lush green lawns with a profusion of lovely tended flowers.
The extensive covered and stone terraces all around the house - with comfortable teak and bamboo furniture, and pool with natural green shade and parasols will take care of the heat while you take a break ...from everything.
The wanderful swimming pool (13 x 5 m) with jacuzzi and the stream , overlooking the sea, faceing south, is pleasantly warm during the whole season.
An outside barbecue near the pool and the stone table are the perfect spot for alfresco dining.
A private parking is secured for your cars inside the property.
The garden and the pool are discretly nurtured by the owners , who stay in a separate house on the property.

-If renting for 4 persons the main part of the house and a swimming pool are exclusively for guests, and the owner is in the separate house discretly nurturing the garden and the swimming pool.
-If renting the whole house for 4 persons the price is changeable. Please contact the owner.

-30 % deposit is required at the time of booking.Once the deposit is received, an e-mail confirmation will be sent out.
- Full payment 8 weeks before arrival.
In case of cancellation :
-80% of balance is refunded if cancellation is made between 8 & 6 weeks before arrival.
-50% of balance is refunded if cancellation is made between 6 & 4 weeks before arrival.
No refund is made in the last 4 weeks before data of arrival.

5 % discount for early bargain ; staying two weeks or more.

Refundable breakages deposit of 300 E is required on arrival will be refunded on departure day after property inspection.

The Island of Brac / Bobovisca area

One of the largest but also one of the most accessible islands ,and also one of the sunniest. Famose for its agricultural products :good olive oil, wine, figs but most famose for its white stone recognised all over the world.

The people on the island live in 23 lovely little towns and old villages ,attractive for their local restaurants, cafes, cultural values and historical attractions. Special interest are numerous old litle churches all over the island and a fantastic monastery of Blaca partly built in a rock.
Many beautiful beaches and bays all around the Island to explore , enjoying in the old olive groves and vineyards,up to the highest peak of Adriatic islands - Vidova gora (mountain). The fascinating view to the other islands, and a traditional taverne to take a break.
Bobovisca harbour is a lovely little hamlet typical for its rural Mediterranean architectury. It is set in a sheltered deep cove,protected from winds by surrounding hills.
You can choose to swim in a clean sea,go fishing, walking along the coast explore other coves with a boat, drink coffe in the cafe next to the sea looking to the boats, or have dinner in a local restaurant expecting a summer local festivities.
Or you just can enjoy the privacy of your villa with a cool drink and stunning view.

Fly to SPLIT-Airport

You can rent a car or take a taxi to Split ferry port (about 25 min driving). The frequent ferries drive about 50 min to Supetar -port on island Brac.

Villa Anna is about l4 km toward west coast of the island Brac.
We welcome our guests personaly at Bobovisce bay and lead them to the property, or send detailed informations how to reach the property upon confirmation of booking.

“A slice of paradise!” The most beautiful setting of any villa we have ever stayed at! The gardens which are on different levels and lead down to Bobovisca Bay are beautifully maintained and provide various different seating areas each affording stunning views of the bay. The owners who live at a separate house on the property were very welcoming, providing us with fresh peaches and figs from the garden most days, yet very discreet. We stayed at Villa Anna with our 3 children aged 12, 10 and 6. They too absolutely loved it and made good use of the beautiful pool ( whilst we enjoyed the nearby hammocks! ). It was a real bonus being to walk down to the bay for swimming and boating. There are lots of lovely little villages and beautiful beaches nearby which are worth exploring although it was tempting just to stay at the property all day!
