About the home

This stunning 2 bedroomed apartment located right in the heart of the town complete with a magnificent grape vine covered courtyard, ideal for alfresco dining on the large traditional brac stone table.In the heart of the beautiful village of Bol, the apartment is built with the beautiful home grown Brac stone which compliments the rest of the village. A 30 step walk to the nearest beach and facilities in town i.e restaurant's, bars, clubs, supermarkets etc without affecting the quiet residential area of the village.

Bol is considered by many the most beautiful village in Croatia. A brief 10 minute walk will take you to the stunning Zlatni Rat beach which is considered by many the nicest/most beautiful beach in Europe today.
Loza 1 has a beautiful courtyard with a grape vine and a large Brac stone table for alfresco dining.

The Dalmatia region

Great weather all summer long. Perfect for a family holiday. The beautiful village is surrounded by a hilly landscape and the beautiful ocean of the Adriatic, with these attributes and combined with the beautiful weather of the area it is hard for anywhere in Europe to compete with this town!

There are local markets/stalls in the town, there are many home-made objects, bracelets, chains, pottery etc.. on sale here. The locals put a lot of time and effort into making these and generally add to the authentic atmosphere of the region.

There is a "fisherman's festival" every Friday evening with all types of music including traditional Croatian music. The local fishermen come out with their catch and sell from the streets. There is also food stalls, entertainment etc.. on view.

You are just a stone throw away from the nearest supermarket / bakery / restaurants etc.. The main attraction of the area is the shear natural beauty of the place and the amazing scenery.

The Island of Brac / Bol area

Many water activities in Bol. All types of water sports and activities that will keep you entertained.

The magnificent beach of Zlatni Rat is just 10 minutes walk away.

Unlike most resorts, you can let your children roam freely around the town knowing they are safe. You, yourself can relax and wind down in the stress free environment as the locals say "everyone comes back to Bol.

"It is a unique holiday experience and gives truth to the Croatian tourism add "The Med as it used to be" but at most reasonable prices.

“Lovely Apartments located centrally to Bol town centre.” Our group booked all three Loza apartments, and from our arrival into Bol (via catermaran) were kindly greeted by Angie. She made us feel extremely welcome and within no time we were outside the lovely apartments (literally 2 minutes walk from the harbour). These were located down a little side road, which was ideally suited to our needs (close enough the town for easy access, but far enough not to hear anything from the local bars). In entering the apartments, we were all pleased to see air conditioning units, well equiped kitchens and adequate bedrooms. We travelled with 1 baby (<6months) and 1 young child (18 months), and we were able to hire travel cots, which was very useful. Outside dining areas we used on both Loza 1 (for breakfast and evening dining) and 2 for catching the early morning rays. Would definately recommend these apartments, and look forward to returning to Croatia very soon.

“Beautiful” Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location and very private in a beautiful village. The apartment had everything you required if you wanted to eat in plus a BBQ outside. This was one of the most relaxing holidays we've had and we have already booked to go back next year. Can't wait.
