Villa Belvedere is in the port of Supetar, one of the loveliest locations on Brac.
Just 45 minutes from Split, the harbor is busy all day and lively during the warm summer evenings. Supetar still has the architecture and feeling of a fishing village with traditional Klapa concerts, outdoor market, fresh fish from the fishing boats, grocery shops, konobas, restaurants and beaches.
Rent a boat for water skiing, exploring the private bays of Brac or cruising to nearby islands. Day sailing, fishing water skiing and jet skis are available within walking distance from the villa.
Enjoy special summer activities such as fishermen nights, strolling along the riva and the best ice cream (sladoled) in Europe.
How to get there
The best way to get to Villa Belvedere is the Jadrolinija Ferry from the Split Ferry Port. Ferries leave quite frequently all year 'round. You can buy tickets at the Split ferry port in the Jadrolinija building - ask for Supetar.
The villa is in the ferry port town, Supetar, just 45 minutes from the mainland (25 minutes by private power boat).
Taxis are plentiful at the Supetar ferry port and at the Split airport, or we can arrange to have one waiting for you. It is just a 10 minute walk from the ferry port in Supetar to the villa.
The ferry company, Jadrolinija, has schedules on its website, http://www.jadrolinija.hr.
You can rent a car at the Split airport or on the island of Brac in Supetar.

Further details indoors: Villa Belvedere is designed with traditional Brac stone and quality to give the experience of Brac island living, convenience and privacy.
Villa Belvedere has three cottages, Bella Vista Cottage, Piscina Cottage and Serena Cottage. Each cottage has one bedroom plus sofa bed in the living area, kitchen and bathroom.
The cottages are centred around a courtyard with pool. The cottages provide privacy, the large shared gourmet summer kitchen and terraces provide plenty of gathering places, sun bathing and al fresco dining for the whole family and friends.
Just a few minutes walk brings you to the harbor and good swimming beaches.
The largest cottage faces the pool, with upstairs bedroom, a view of Supetar harbor and the sea. The bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. The living room has a sofa bed and open plan kitchen.
Two additional cottages each have one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Piscina cottage opens onto the pool terrace, Serena Cottage opens onto the courtyard below the pool.
Further details outdoors: The terraces, surrounding walls and cottages are traditional brac stone, all completely refurbished and in beautiful condition. The villa is in old part of Supetar, just a few minutes walk to the ferry, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, and the beach is an easy 10-15 minute walk.
There is a large shared garden, pool and terraces. The shared summer kitchen has large traditional stone grille, pizza oven, large refrigerator and plenty of space for cooking.
There is a complete shared laundry room for guests, each cottage has small but fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and television.

Housekeeping is provided weekly with clean linens and towels, additional service is available upon request.

Conditions
30% deposit is required to confim bookings. Full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Each cottage may be rented separately or the entire property may be rented as one.
