Resting above Duboka Bay, Villa Duboka is private and secluded, a first row, 2000m2 wooded property with pool & private swimming platform, amazing views, broad terraces and lovely Brac stonework throughout.

Villa Duboka’s award winning architecture, broad terraces, floor-to-ceiling doors, large picture windows and beautiful Brac stonework capture the soul of Brac. Especially captivating are the open plan living room and master bedroom, both with floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto broad Brac stone terraces.

The villa is well known in the Lucice Bays for its spectacular views and enchanting indoor/outdoor lifestyle. It was designed to give the feeling of not knowing where the inside ends and the outside begins - and it succeeds.

Duboka Bay, one of the most desirable locations on the Adriatic. The harbor of Milna is within walking distance, less than 2 kilometers away, with cafes along the harbor, local shops, konobas, restaurants and beaches.

Villa Duboka is a newly built and furnished solar villa with special touches to make your holiday memorable.

We try to respect the beauty and nature of the area in our villa by utilizing solar power with generator backup, a cistern for water and similar self-sustaining systems. The villa is designed for indoor/outdoor living to give our guests a true Adriatic experience.

Villa Duboka sleeps 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

Further details

Guests have the option to transfer by taxi boat directly from the airport to the villa mooring (or Milna Town - 3km away). Rental cars can be delivered to the villa by prior arrangement. Villa Duboka has negotiated with a selection of local charter companies to deliver skippered or dry hire boats to the bay. Exciting day excursions to Hvar and the surrounding islands for up to 11 people are also available.

You will be met in the village (or at the villa if arriving by boat) guided to Villa Duboka and provided with personal house orientation and special information about the villa, the village and the island.

Housekeeping is provided for 2 hours on alternate days. Weekly change of clean linens, towels, etc. Additional laundry, housekeeping, catering and shopping services available upon request.

The Dalmatia region

Dalmatia is a region on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea, situated mostly in modern Croatia and spreading between the island of Rab in the Northwest and the Gulf of Kotor (Montenegro) in the south-east. The hinterland, Zagora, ranges from fifty kilometres in width in the north to just a few kilometres wide in the south. Bosnia has a few kilometres of seashore in southern Dalmatia.

The largest Dalmatian islands include Dugi Otok, Ugljan, Pašman, Brac, Hvar, Korcula, Vis, Lastovo and Mljet. The largest Dalmatian mountains are Dinara, Mosor, Svilaja, Biokovo, Mosec and Kozjak. The rivers are Zrmanja, Krka, Cetina and Neretva.

There is also a large number of marinas. Dalmatia also includes several national parks that are tourist attractions: Paklenica karst river, Kornati archipelago, Krka river rapids and Mljet island.

“Amazing villa in a knock out location” We stayed at this villa for a week in September and had a wonderful time. The really special thing about it is the location on a beautiful, quiet bay with crystal clear water and only a handful of other villas. Swimming from our own private stone dock was a great way to start the day and we also enjoyed going out in the canoes provided (we were often the only ones in the bay) and lounging by the pool which has wonderful views across the bay. The owners have put a lot of thought into equiping the villa which has masses of room even for a large party, with plenty of sun loungers, a hammock under the pine trees and a great outdoor kitchen area. The master bedroom has a huge terrace with great views. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

“Sublime Location” Very much enjoyed our stay in this luxurious house. The place has everything we needed from a secluded barbecue area, a double bedroom with fantastic views over the bay and best of all a fantastic short walk through some pine tress to one of the most beautiful bays in Croatia. We swam and canoed everyday and didn't want to do much else. If you want to do more exploring I'd recommend hiring your own boat if you can (licenses permitting).
