Villa Olga is located conveniently close to beaches and town centre yet just far enough to allow for peace and quiet. With its luscious garden of abundant Mediterranean vegetation, the house boasts privacy and for your ultimate comfort it comes fully furnished and equipped to very good standard.
Brač is Croatia’s second largest island famous for its white stone, olive trees, beautiful beaches and unspoiled nature, easily reachable by a short ferry ride from Split, the heart of mainland Dalmatia. Once you reach Supetar port, a 5 min drive or 10 min walk takes you to villa “Olga”.
This is a perfect holiday place for a family, or a party of up to 8 people.

The Dalmatia region
As you first step onto the island of Brac, just one glimpse of the pristine sea and unspoiled beaches along with the aroma of pinewood will mark the beginning of a wonderful holiday. Supetar is an economical, cultural and tourist centre of the island of Brac located on the Northern part of the Island, facing the mainland.
Accessibility, beautiful nature and numerous tourist attractions are only few of the reasons why this typical Mediterranean small town is now one of the most vibrant tourist destinations on the Adriatic.
Island of Brac / Supetar area
Supetar is a place where almost everybody can have a holiday they desire. Families with children will find that the shallow sandy beaches are a safe place for their toddlers while those looking for a more active vacation have the opportunity to enjoy one of many activities such as windsurfing, hiking, scuba diving or simply exploring the island.
Nightlife is versatile: whether you just want to get a dinner in one of the numerous restaurants along the promenade (great quality food at very affordable prices) or if you are looking for all night clubbing, it's all there. Also, the local cinema under the open sky offers a choice of several different films every night (a wonderful chance to catch up on the latest releases for as little as €3,50 / L2).
Health-wise, you are safe on Brac. What you should keep in mind is purchasing a suntan lotion with high SPF (especially if your skin is fair) and plugging in a mosquito repellent every night (we supply the replacement tablets to last you through your stay). For any kind of medical emergency, there are several pharmacies and a fully equipped hospital in town. Tap water is potable and of very good quality, too.
Should you opt for cooking your own meals, Supetar market place has a daily selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and dairy products. Supermarkets and stores are supplied to European standards.
How to get there
The best way to get to Villa Olga is by Jadrolinija Ferry from Split harbour. Ferries leave quite frequently, particularly in the summer (about 15 departures daily each way). Tickets can be purchased at the Split ferry port in the Jadrolinija building; ask for Supetar. At the time of writing (October 2008) the price of the ferry ticket is 30 Kuna (approx. 4.5 Euro) per passenger each way, or about 140 Kuna (approx. 20 Euro) for a car.
The villa is in the ferry port town, Supetar, about 50 minutes from the mainland.
Taxis are plentiful at the Supetar ferry port and at Split airport. Alternatively, we can arrange transfers for you. It takes less than 10 minutes on foot to reach the villa from the ferry port in Supetar, or about 5-6 minutes by car.
You can rent a car at Split Airport or on the island of Brac in Supetar.
