This is an old stone Dalmation house [Fully renovated in 2005] in the old part of Sutivan.
It is set in an unspoilt surrounding popular with painters and is a pleasant 2 minute walking distance to both the beach and the harbour shops and restaurants.
It has the capacity to accommodate 2 families and has the flexibility of 3 sofa beds.
This location is perfect for sipping coffee by the small harbour, cycling and walking of a gentle and demanding nature, painting, swimming in the crystal clear waters and all sorts of sports and exploration for the active group/ family.

The Dalmatia region
Brac is the largest of the Dalmation Islands and easily accessible from Split. It has numerous old fishing villages, crystal clear waters, white pebble beaches and a good transport system.
Island of Brac / Sutivan area
Brac offers numerous restaurants and bars in a variety of post card harbours. It has many possibilities for the active tourist. Life in Sutivan revolves around the fishing, the olive season and tourism. The village hosts an annual five a side football tournament.
