The brand new seaside luxury penthouse is situated in Isla Plana Just 5 minutes’ walk to the beach & local shops and just outside Puerto de Mazarron a typical old fashioned Spanish working port and seaside holiday destination for both Spanish families and foreigners alike
It is a 10 minute drive from the penthouse or about an hour’s walk along the coastal track and beach to Puerto de Mazarron, has everything that one needs for day to day living. It has plenty of supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, café bars and restaurants.
For the shoppers there are a number of new shopping malls throughout the area. The biggest ones being in Murcia and Cartagena

And also….mini-golf, super jumper, mini-park, green zones, amusement arcade.

If you are into golf you will be spoilt for choice with the number of courses to choose from and all within reasonable traveling distance.The penthouse apartment is 25 minutes away from Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, and also 45-50 min from Hyat Regency (PGA Approved), La Torre Golf Resort and La Hacienda.
The second city of the region is Cartagena only twenty five minutes drive from the apartment. Here you can spend a relaxing day soaking up the ambience of this old Roman City. The city is still a working naval port and is also a stopover point for Mediterranean cruise liners. A must try, the tapas served in all the café bars for a real taste of Spain.

The Costa Calida region
Murcia is located near the centre of a low-lying fertile plain known as the huerta (orchard or vineyard) of Murcia. The Segura River and its right-hand tributary, the Guadalentín, run through the area.
The best known and most dominant aspect of the areas landscape is the orchard (orchard is an intentional planting of trees or shrubs that is maintained for food production). In addition to the orchard and urban zones (Alfonso x, Gran Via, Jaime I, and others), the great expanse of the municipal area is made up of different landscapes: badlands, groves of Carrasco pine trees in the precoastal mountain ranges and, towards the south, a semi-steppe region.
Murcia has a hot semi-arid climate influences. Given its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, it is commonly referred to as a "semi-arid Mediterranean climate", with mild winters and warm to hot summers.
It averages more than 300 days of sun per year. Occasionally, Murcia has heavy rains where the precipitation for the entire year will fall over the course of a few days.
Isla Plana has everything you need to enjoy a restful stay, including supermarket and restaurants, while the nearby resort of Mazarron, just 5 minutes away, is livelier and features a range of amenities, such as bars, restaurants and shops, together with a busy marina.
The views from Mojon Hills takes in Mazarron and the quaint fishing village of La Azohia, well known for its fabulous diving. A 30 minute drive through the mountains to the east will bring you to the ancient walled maritime city of Cartagena, while the famous golf resort of La Manga can be reached in around 45 minutes. The area to the north east of Mojon Hills will soon be home to stunning new golf courses and the region´s new airport at Corvera.
