A lovely mediterranean villa in the small hamlet of Forio D'Ischia. Situated in an excellent location - 10 minutes walk away from shops but peaceful -the house is an ideal place for couples or families.
It has a mediterranean garden and its patio for romantic dinners. The living/dining room has antique painted furniture, fireplace, tv, chairs, dinner table, sofa and cd player. A small living room nicely painted with frescos of the island has a sofabed and fireplace. Wooden doors lead to a charming patio with dining-table, chairs and a lovely garden full of herbs and lemon and orange trees.
The small kitchen is perfectly equipped and there is a toilet on this floor. A wodden staircase leads to a second level with 3 double bedrooms ( 2 queen and 1 twin ) each of them with a sea and sunset view, and 3 bathrooms each of them with shower. A laundry room with washing machine,iron and iron table completes the villa.

The climate of Naples is simply fantastic, the winter is usually not cold and summers are sunny and hot. The area has a good climate all year around. Sorrento, Capri, Ischia are famous in the world for their sandy beaches and small streets, they are lovely holiday resorts.
Ischia island area
Ischia is well known for its beaches and blue sea, but the island can also offer very nice excursions such as a visit to the Epomeo volcano or a walk through its undiscovered woods . The food and wine of the area are simply fantastic. With a lot of beaches and thermal park, Ischia is an ideal place for families but also for couples on honeymoon who can enjoy the romantic sunsets.

- Fly to Naples- Forio D'Ischia is just 40 minutes by hydrofoil. For hydrofoils timetable check www.caremar.it / www.alilauro.it. - Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.
