The Campania region
Although there is plenty to keep visitors happily occupied on the island, it is also very easy to visit the islands of Capri and Procida, or to spend a day on the mainland; Naples, Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast are all possible.
Ischia Island area
The largest town on the island, Forio is full of interesting shops, excellent restaurants and numerous pavement cafès where you can sit and watch the world pass by over a coffee, aperitif or ice cream. W.H: Auden spent much of his time here, as did Henrik Ibsen and others. Just beyond is the exotic garden "La Mortella" created by Lady Susana Walton, widow of the English composer Sir William Walton with the help of the celebrated landscape architect Russel Page. Summer visitors to the garden can enjoy free classical concerts.History enthusiasts will enjoy the Aragonese Castle at Ischia Ponte or the Archaeologic Museum at Lacco Ameno.

Further details indoors: This apartment comprises two rooms and can sleep up to 7 people. There is the master double bedroom, the second bedroom can accommodate a double bed and 3 single beds, plus a large living area with ocean views to have the meals either inside or outside on the sea-view terrace. The kitchen is compact and adequately equipped with cupboards, refrigerator, gas hob. oven. The private bathrooms have W.C., showers, lavabo,bidet. The apartment has ceramic tiled floors throught.
Further details outdoors: Deck chairs and sunbeds with umbrellas are provided at the pool site. Barbeque on request.

Every booking must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit corresponding to the 25% of the whole rental sum. In August the rental periods are Saturday to Saturday. During the other summer periods, please ask the owner. Flexibility assured.
