Villa Chiaretta E is a cozy apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps three people. From Villa Chiaretta E you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. Villa Chiaretta E is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a private terrace.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Casamicciola Terme, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet). You will reach Villa Chiaretta E from the street level going down approximately 17 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Chiaretta E. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge in a reserved parking space.

Villa Chiaretta is situated on top of the charming fishermen village of Casamicciola Terme, renowned for the numerous lovely thermal Spas. The villa is composed by two small constructions divided into apartments and separated by a wonderful green area.


The apartments are all facing the south and sea and, from the ones endowed with the splendid terraces on the first floor, you'll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and sea. You will find particularly fascinating the unique panorama on the small port of Lacco Armeno.


Villa Chiaretta's located in a short boulevard flanked with white double-floor houses, typical accommodations in the isle of Ischia. The boulevard, practicable by car from the residents, is closed by a large shared swimming pool.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the coast and of the sea at a distance.
Living Room
Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The Campania region

If you think you have no idea of where Campania is, think again. This fascinating land, rich in gulfs, islands and legendary places, is home to the charming landscapes of the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, the Cilento National Park, Capri and Ischia.

The Campania region is situated in the South of Italy and bounded by the Tyrrhenian Sea (that’s the name of that stretch of Mediterranean). The region is divided into five provinces, whose capitals are Salerno, Caserta, Avellino, Benevento and Naples (Napoli). Naples is also the capital city of the region itself. With roughly 6 million of residents, half of which lives around the city of Naples, Campania has more people than Finland, packed in an area which is 200 times smaller.

If you are fond of archeology, architecture, or simply want to see history come back to life, Campania is a must. The archeological heritage is huge: the temples left by the Greeks in Paestum, the buried towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the remains of Velia, the masterpieces kept in the museums, the churches… and, of course!, the Royal Palace of Caserta, built to be the most sumptuous palace of Europe, with its 1200 rooms.

If the majesty you prefer is the majesty of nature, Campania will not disappoint you. The sandy beaches and the crystal-clear waters of the Cilento National Park, the amazing scenery of the Amalfi Coast, the islands of the Gulf of Naples are just a sampler of what lies ahead of you. From the underground depths of the caves of Pertosa to the heights of Mount Vesuvius, there is something for everyone. By the way, being Mount Vesuvius an active volcano, we respectfully suggest you visit sooner rather than later.

The Ischia Island area

Ischia lies, in all its magnificent beauty, in the farthest end of the Gulf of Naples, not far from Procida and Vivara, in the Tyrrhenian Sea. The third most populated Italian island, after Sicily and Sardinia. Ischia has volcanic origins as formed itself after a long series of eruptions lasted something like 150000 years.

The Mount Epomeo characterized by green tuffs rises at the centre and benefits the whole island with mild climatic conditions all over the year. The average temperature is 18°C even in winter, and 35°C in August, the hottest month.

The thermal baths in Ischia have been renowned from the very ancient times. The first Euboaen colonizers (VIII century BC) used the thermal waters to strengthen soul and body rather than to cure the aftereffects of war wounds (in pre-antibiotic times!).

The Romans brought profitably out the natural thermal springs (as shown by the the votive tablets found nearby Nitrodi's spring in Barano d'Ischia, where there used to be a small temple dedicated to Apollo and the nymphs Nitrodie, waters' protectors).

The frequent eruptions have maybe cancelled every trace of "Thermae Publicae" and the decline of the Roman Empire clashed with the total abandon of the waters that lasted until the Renaissance, thanks to the impulse of the doctor Giulio Iasolino. Isolino was professor of geology at the University of Naples (end of XVI century), that wrote a treatise about the natural remedies in the Isle of Pinthecusa, today called Ischia.
