Shepherds Hut | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 2
Sleeping 2 people, the hut is perched above the tranquil sounds of a stream below and is delightfully situated with views to the surrounding woodland and a glimpse of The Wrekin above the trees.
The private decking is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink whilst you admire the views, taking in the beautiful Shropshire woodland setting and wildlife. A brick built BBQ is included for your own use should you wish to dine Al-Fresco - something we can heartily recommend.
Inside Shepherd's Rest, a small log burning stove is perfectly sized to heat the hut so that it is warm and cosy on a chilly evening, and wood is supplied free of charge during your stay. The hut is clad in pine internally and tastefully furnished. The sitting and dining area, complete with flat screen TV, lead to a well equipped kitchen area. At the far end of the hut, a large double bed ensures a comfortable nights sleep listing to the sounds of nature.
The toilet and shower, shared with just one of the huts, are just a short 10 yard walk along an illuminated pathway. The electrically heated shower room provides a high level of furnishing with clean and modern shower and toilet facilities. The room is lockable, providing complete privacy whilst in use.
Shepherds Rest is one of three glamping huts on a working, family owned Shropshire farm, situated beneath Wrekin Hill and just a few miles from the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge. Please see Holiday Lettings references 1147670 and 1140521 for the other two huts.
