You can enjoy sailing, walking, and cycling adjacent to the Old Rectory on the large natural reservoir (9 miles round the perimeter.) The 3 acre garden with barbecue is great for outdoor activities.
There is plenty of safe parking at the end of a long driveway

The stainless steel kitchen is ideal for self catering for 24 people it' s fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, Freezer,Wine cooler, microwave. Professional caterers are available if required for that special evening meal.
The Old Rectory’s spaciousness allows 24 people to be together in comfort or allows you to spread out as you wish, This large house is the ideal venue for family holidays, gatherings, get-togethers, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, courses e.g. music, art, chilling out, and just simply getting away to a relaxing country atmosphere. The Old Rectory lies in a peaceful village near Ipswich. There are many pubs offering appetizing food in the surrounding areas.

Conditions
To book we ask for £200 deposit, this is used as a damage deposit which is returned after your stay. The total cost of your stay at the Rectory is due 2 months before arrival.

The Rectory is near Constable country, Snape Maltings, Woodbridge, and the seaside , also near the river Stour and river Orwell, Suffolk is known for its dry summers
The Ipswich / Tattingstone area
Why drive long distances when you can come to the beautiful Suffolk countryside and heritage coastline of East Anglia, which is only 90 minutes by road from London. (50 minutes by train). Suffolk has many places of interest to visit such as Constable Country — Flatford Mill, Dedham, Snape Maltings, Woodbridge, Ipswich, 5 miles away, which offers many shops, a large cinema complex, many restaurants, sports centres and concert venues. Other activities in the surrounding area are dry slope skiing, golf, horseback riding, quad biking, sailing and Ten Pin Bowling.
