Suffolk is an ideal county for a holiday break and where better to stay than in the heart of the historic county town of Ipswich. This comfortable holiday home is in the perfect location if you want peace and quiet yet with a marvellous selection of excellent restaurants and cafes a short stroll away.

The house has a lounge/diner with satellite tv. There are french doors leading out onto the garden which has barbecue facilites. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment you could require. It has a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and oven with hob. There is a downstairs cloakroom.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms; a very large double room with an en-suite shower room, a second large double bedroom and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is a bathroom with a n electric shower over the bath. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and is also a good size double room.

All the bedrooms have a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

There is allocated parking in front of the house. This is a non-smoking house.

The house is available to let on a weekly or monthly basis from 15 June to 15 September 2014.

"Quiet and well located place with broken pieces of forniture."

Sofas and matresses are worn out and broken. The flat is nice and the location is good and if you like walking you can go to the city center in 15 minutes. I'd return with a new matress at least.… More
