"Homely cottage in sleepy rural Suffolk"

We had a week at Cherub Cottage as a getaway for both my wife and daughter's birthdays. We have stayed in Mandy's other property (Golfview in Felixstowe Ferry) previously and knew that we wouldn't be disappointed with Cherub Cottage. It had everything we could have needed for our stay, was warm, clean, cosy and comfortable. Good living space downstairs with kitchen / diner and the lounge overlooking the High Street and historic cottages. Upstairs we loved the quirkiness of the landing double bedroom and the main room is a great size with plenty of wardrobe space. Enclosed courtyard garden great for our small dog who loved watching the world go by. It rained most of the week we were there, so only the dog got proper use of the garden! Local information in abundance in both the cottage folder and a basket full of walks, leaflets, eateries etc. Also, a thanks to Mandy for lovely welcome basket on arrival which was really appreciated. Everywhere in Suffolk is easily accessible from Coddenham. We know the area very well but were surprised how central it was for Woodbridge, Southwold, Aldeburgh, Snape, Ipswich and Felixstowe. We would definitely recommend and hopefully be back.

"schönes kleines Cottage mit allem was man braucht"

"Perfect cottage in idyllic location"

Great cottage - ideal for our holiday (2 couples). Everything has been thought of, and the owner is extremely accommodating - even leaving us a bbq to use on request! Highly recommend for short breaks or family holidays.
