Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with a large living room and a balcony with hammock and marvellous view (see photo) to mountains, rocks, sea and lagoon. Just 150 metres from the Ipanema beach (where the smoking is free at posto 9, where bikinis, beach volleyball and footvolley were created). 150 metres from the pedal boats at lagoon, 50 metres from pubs, restaurants, drug stores, supermarkets, bakery, taxi and bus.
ROOM 1: air conditioned, fans, couple bed + singled bed (which can be moved to the living room),wardrobe, view to lagoon and see.
ROOM 2:air conditioned,couple sofa bed (which can be removed to the living room) + singled bed (which can be moved to the living room), wardrobe.
LIVING ROOM : TV and radio - 2 double sofa beds.
There are 2 toilets and 2 showers with hot water (newly renovated), as well as a new, complete kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine.
Fitness Centre and Solarium at the top of the building.

How to get there

The property is set in a quiet, silent street with lots of gardens and trees. Access is only available to people who live in the building situated at the very end of the street, so no cars, taxis and buses. This block/square has personal security, CCTV .

LandLord airport transfer: R$ 90 (door to door)- 30 Euro
Bus: R$ 2,20 (anyone to Ipanema, Leblon or Barra), drop off at Rua farme de Amoedo´s corner. Walk 3 blocks down to Rua Nascimento Silva and turn right to be right there (5 minutes walk).
Metro: R$ 2,60 - Drop off at Cantagalo Station, and walk up and down the hill, keeping your left. Turn left at Rua Vinicius de Moraes corner and left again at Rua Nascimento Silva, to be right there (10 minutes walk).
