This modern one bedroom cottage apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the River Ness and 5 minutes walk to the City Centre.

Its is self catering and walking distance to parks, shops, pubs, nightclubs, restaurants and other city attraction.

It is just a 20-25 min drive to the beautiful Cairngorm mountains.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the there is a sofa bed in the lounge.

An extra double mattress can be made available upon request, with sheets, pillows and quilts, for no extra charge.

This apartment will comfortably accommodate 1-4 people.

It also has a spacious wardrobe with mirrored dressing table.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliance, crockery, dishes and utensils.
