The Innes Street apartment is spacious and has been newly refurbished to a very high standard. It can sleep up to 2 people and is located in Innes Street which is a cul-de-sac just off the main centre of Inverness.

Accommodation & Facilities


In the lounge you will find plenty of seating, a television with Freeview, DVD player, coffee table. There is also Wi-Fi internet access.


The kitchen has a gas oven with a gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, washing machine, glassware and crockery.


This is a spacious room with a double bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. There is also an alarm radio.


A good sized bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin.


A parking permit will be supplied for the period of your stay. This is for one parking space on street on the Innes Street cul-de-sac.

An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and clothes horse are available.

Wi-Fi internet access is available at no extra charge.

A cot and high chair are available for £12 per item per booking.

You will find on arrival a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Sorry but we cannot accommodate dogs.

There is gas fired central heating throughout and hot water is on demand.

Booking terms

The first nights rental will be charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking. The final balance will be due 5 days before arrival. Once a booking is made you will be liable for the full cost of the rental however from the time the booking is placed you have 24 hours to change your mind and cancel the booking and you will receive a full refund (less any card processing fees already paid). Key collection is available locally, details are sent by email as part of receipt of payment of the final balance. Full terms of rental can be viewed and printed off as part of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your rental should, due to any unforeseen event, you have to cancel your booking.

Details for key collection will be supplied once the remaining balance has been received, which must be paid 5 days prior to arriving. Before booking please ensure you can access email at that time.

Check in time is at any time after 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.

This apartment makes an ideal location if on business or if visiting friends or family as it is a 2 minute walk to the bus or train station and the city centre and its bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

We supply a permit to allow free onsite parking which allows you to leave the car at the apartment and walk to most places around the city centre within a few minutes. There is also free W-Fi internet access so can still catch up with your emails or post pictures of your stay on your social media sites.

Inverness, also known as the Capital of the Highlands, is located in amazing surroundings at the beginning of the Moray Firth. It has a modern city centre that plays host to the magnificent red stone Inverness Castle which was built in 1834 on the site of a much older fortress. With its history, the magnificent River Ness, shops, restaurants, bars and visitor attractions, there is much to see and do in Inverness. It also makes a great base for exploring further afield with Loch Ness and Culloden Moor nearby.
