The apartment has a lounge/kitchen, double bedroom, with en suite, and there is an additional WC. It provides open plan modern contemporary accommodation for two people. Equipment levels include a flat panel TV with iPod docking, DVD player, fully fitted kitchen, including electric hob with extractor, electric double oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
All bed linen, towels, electricity and secure private parking is included in the price.
The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
The first nights rental will be charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking. The final balance will be due 5 days before arrival. Once a booking is made you will be liable for the full cost of the rental however from the time the booking is placed you have 24 hours to change your mind and cancel the booking and you will receive a full refund (less any card processing fees already paid). Key collection is available locally, details are sent by email as part of receipt of payment of the final balance. Full terms of rental can be viewed and printed off as part of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your rental should, due to any unforeseen event, you have to cancel your booking.

Capital of the Highlands, Inverness is an excellent touring base with good road, rail and air connections. If you stay in the city you can take lots of day trips, coach tours & boat cruises as well as indulge in plenty of shopping.
With its suspension bridges across the River Ness and old stone buildings, it is a pretty place which is well-known for its floral displays.
Walk down along the river banks (in the direction of the Caledonian Canal) and you'll find the Ness Islands where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the shops.
Cross the river on the little bridges and you can visit Bught Park. A miniature railway runs at weekends from Easter to the end of October, and daily during the local school holidays. Close by you will also find the Floral Hall - a sub-tropical horticultural extravaganza with small waterfall, fish and all sorts of plants/trees.
