Patio doors from the dining area lead to the large private garden. At the back door entrance to the kitchen, there is a utlity room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a toilet with wash hand basin. The large unique lounge boasts a magnificent fireplace housing a log burner., 40" plasma screen, xbox kinnect for playing games, listening to music, sky movies on demand. Sun Porch with sofa bed, which can be used in the lounge. Family bathroom . Kingsize bed with built in wardrobe and en-suite. On the first floor, there is an access door to the roof garden. A large airing cupboard on the landing, a twin room ensuite with 2 small double beds (4ft) and a double bedroom en-suite. The Master Suite is a fabulous room with full length velux windows accessing the roof terrace. There is a dressing room with wardrobes and it also boasts a large jacuzzi bathroom with large shower. This room is ideal for Honeymoon couples looking to relax in luxury!

“Just perfect! Everything we were looking for!”
I was getting married in Inverness and chose this amazing house for my family, who dont live locally to stay in before and after the wedding! It was everything we were looking for and an ideal place to allow us all to be together at such a special time! We were able to enjoy the space, which there was plenty off! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was everything that we needed! We had the most amazing weather too and we were able to make the most of the garden area and balcony! The morning of the wedding was so stress free, with plenty of space to get ready and organised! All our friends and family who visited us during our stay were so impressed with the house too! Thank you so much Moira for being so flexible with arrival and departure times and most importantly for sharing your amazing house! We will definitly be back again!xx

Stayed for 5 days at the end of March and found the house to be excellent.Everything you could want was in the house and it was spotlessly clean.House was very large and would be great for larger families as every bedroom had great en-suite facilities,Although there was only 4 of us the house did not feel too big but very cosy and so well furnished and was a pleasure to return to after a full day sight seeing.We had amazing weather 22 degrees in March and was amazing sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine.Will definately return and bring more family members to enjoy the amazing house and great sights of Scotland.

We enjoyd a wonderful week in this fantastic house! all you needed was here! lovely and quiet house in a beautiful forest. yet a great base to tour around the highlands.
