On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen diner, boasting a 5 ring LPG gas hob with wok burner, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens,a microwave. and an American Style Fridge Freezer with Ice maker. Patio doors from the dining area lead to the large private garden. At the back door entrance to the kitchen, there is a utlity room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a toilet with wash hand basin.
The large unique lounge boasts a magnificent fireplace housing a log burner., 40" plasma screen, xbox kinnect for playing games, listening to music, sky movies on demand. Sun Porch with sofa bed, which can be used in the lounge. Family bathroom . Kingsize bed with built in wardrobe and en-suite.
On the first floor, there is an access door to the roof garden. A large airing cupboard on the landing, a twin room ensuite with 2 small double beds (4ft) and a double bedroom en-suite. The Master Suite is a fabulous room with full length velux windows accessing the roof terrace. There is a dressing room with wardrobes and it also boasts a large jacuzzi bathroom with large shower. This room is ideal for Honeymoon couples looking to relax in luxury!
Further details outdoors:
Pinetrees would make ideal venue for small weddings. Plenty space for marquee and parking - large kitchen for catering - outdoor chiminea. Ample parking space.
Storage space for sports gear golf clubs bikes etc. Drying area at back of house. Woodlands all around, allow you to enjoy walks with the dogs, or just take yourself off through the many forest paths.
The property is all flat with no steps to the house, making it ideal for wheelchairs and prams.

The historic attractions of Fort George, Culloden Battlefiled, Cawdor Castle are all within a 15 min drive. Discover the beautiful sands of Nairn beach 15 mins away. From Inverness, take a trip on the Moray Firth to catch sight of the dolphins, or a cruise down Loch Ness for a spot of Nessie Hunting!
Cairngorm National Park is a 40 minute drive. Ski-ing, hill walking, water sports are all located in this area
The Inverness, Highlands / Lower Carse area
The wooded area of Lower Carse is abound with wildlife. Deer, rabbits, and birds galore adorn the area. The local bar and restaurant is a 3 min drive to the coastal village of Ardersier, or venture to one the many lovely restaurants in Nairn or Inverness.

Fly to Inverness airport from Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, London, Edinburgh and Manchester - budget flights available with Flybe. If flying, car hire will be essential. There are several car hire companies at the airport. Pinetrees is a 10 minute drive from the airport. (not on flight path so no airplane noise)
