Patio with stunning views over the estuary towards Appledore and Lundy Island.
A short walk (250yds) to the sea front and sandy beach. Good quality restaurants and village pubs, all serving local produce.
The annexe is attached to the main house so we are always on hand, if required, for the benefit of our guests.
Unfortunately, due to the position, the property would not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The Instow / Marine Parade, Instow area
Unspoilt coastal village, with excellent restaurants and pubs situated along the sea front. Ideal base for walking and cycling holidays. Surrounded by coastal and country walks. Approx 100 yds rom the entrance to the Tarka Trail cycling/walking route. Mid way between Barnstaple and Bideford with very easy access to Exmoor and the coastal paths. R.H.S. Rosemoor and numerous other well known gardens within easy reach. There is also as excellent bus service and a useful Community ferry boat between Appledore and Instow, 2 hours each side of high tide.
