From Instow you can also visit Appledore aboard Misty Blue, the local Ferry (seasonal and subject to weather conditions).
CYCLE TO - Bideford and beyond using the Tarka Trail, the charming fishing villages of Appledore, as well as the towns of Barnstaple and Torrington. The Tarka Trail is a series of footpaths and cycle-paths around north Devon with over 30 miles of the Tarka Trail available to cyclists between Braunton and Meeth, using the old railways of North Devon.
