What can you enjoy around and about this property?

The house has a beautifully peaceful rural location which is well suited as a base for hiking as there are access points for Mallorca´s world famous Serra de Tramuntana mountain range offering walks with varying degrees of difficulty. Cycling is also a popular pursuit. The house is located 2km from Inca. Inca is famous for its weekly street market usually held on Thursdays. There are many tapas bars and restaurants in Inca offering local and international cuisine, and many of these may be found on and around the streets and plazas around Gran Via de Colom. The architecture of the city centre is characterful and attractive.

Inca also has all you might need on holiday - a train and bus station, sports facilities, petrol stations, pharmacies, newsagents, a great variey of shops, a hospital and several supermarkets including Mercadona on Avienda del General Luque which is open Monday to Saturday from 09:15am until 21:15pm. Hiper Centro, also located on Avienda del General Luque, is open on a Sunday, although only until 14:00pm.

Inca has been well known for making shoe making since the fifteenth century and today the Camper shoe outlet is one of many shoe shops located here.

4km along the road the picturesque village of Mancor de la Valle offers an alternative to the bustle of Inca. Other nearby villages which you may like to explore include Binimar, Selva and Caimari, famous for its olive oil.

Inca is more or less 9 km from Festival Park, the well-known retail and leisure complex with its shops, cinemas, amusements and restaurants, 18 km from the heritage site and famous monastery of Lluc, 29 km from the gorgeous beaches of Alcudía, 32 km from the centre of the capital city Palma and 38 km from the Airport.

"worst holiday home ever!"

Do not be deceived by the flowery description of this property. It deserves 0 star ratings but had to give it a 1 to post the review. Imagine turning up to a holiday home that has not been cleaned. Wh… More
