The complex where our apartments are based is in a sunny location with beautiful views over the sea. All of the rooms have been traditionally restored. You can enjoy relaxing in our tranquil garden, and admire our ancient olive press that dates back to the 13th Century.

The North West Italy / Italian Riviera/Liguria region

Visitors to Liguria will be welcomed with a surprisingly warm climate all year round. Thanks to its location between Riviera dei Fiori and the Cote d’Azur, Liguria is within easy reach of San Remo, Alassio, Montecarlo, Nice and San Tropez. For food lovers, there are numerous trattorias where you can try typical country dishes or enjoy fresh fish straight from the sea.

Imperia / Lingueglietta area

Since 2008, Lingueglietta has been ranked as one of the “Borghi più belli d’Italia” (most beautiful villages in Italy), showing how this little town in western Liguria is a small and beautiful pearl that has still preserved its mediaeval heritage. While the town is immersed in the typical vineyards of Liguria, stunning pine forests and sea views are only a few minutes away. Lingueglietta is only 6 minutes from the coast at San Lorenzo al Mare, 15 minutes from Imperia and 20 minutes from San Remo. In 45 minutes you can be in Montecarlo, Nice and the Cote d’Azur.

A must see is the recently restored church fort of San Pietro, which dates back to the year 1200, and is one of Italy’s few examples of existing church forts. Other places of interest include the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, and the small church of San Rocco, and of course the typical narrow archways and shady corners where you can still feel the spirit of the mediaeval period. The remains of the castle are still visible today.

How to get there

You will need a car in order to reach the property and you can hire one at Imperia, or at the airports in Genova or Nice.

You can also reach the town by bus from Imperia and San Lorenzo al Mare.

You can reach the towns of Imperia or San Remo by bus.
