The apartment is situated in a little an typical village, Civezza. This house has 2 beautiful sunroofs, one of them is half-covered with stone walls and the view from the mountain to the sea.

In the valleys of Prino and the woodlands, there are wonderful streams and small lakes, which offer refreshment and quietness and where you can really appreciate the beauty of Mother Nature.

The North West Italy / Italian Riviera/Liguria region

Our valley is situated 20 km from Sanremo, 40 km from Monte Carlo and it is close to the French Coast. Half an hour drive from the Imperia coast takes you to an altitude of 1149mt on Mt. Faudo, through groves of olive trees, oaks, chestnuts, pine trees and acacias, and in the right season you can also go mushroom picking.

Imperia area

There is also a horse-riding-centre in Dolcedo, giving the opportunity for horse riding trips. Beside all water activities, in Imperia it is possible to go for marine trips along the coast; At 10 to 12 miles off shore you can go whale-watching and see them in their natural habitat.

At half an hour drive you will find Garlenda, Sanremo and Montecarlo golf courses. In Toirano, 40 km. away you can visit the wonderful famous caves.

How to get there

To arrive to Civezza, people must take the Motorway A10 GENOVA – VENTIMIGLIA, exit to Imperia ovest and take the SS1 Aurelia. Continue in Ventimiglia direction for ca. 5 km. Before to enter in San Lorenzo al Mare, there is a sign for Civezza, that is few kilometres from the sign.
