Casa Pinomar is a 87 m2 terraced house, situated in a beautiful and tranquil surroundings, with spectacular sea views across the Palma bay. Situated approx. 10 km to the south west of Palma capital, Illetas is a beautiful alternative to those who love being close to the City, as well as the beauty of the country and the beach. The main Illetas beach has over recent years had a major face lift and offers an exclusive restaurant, the Virtual Club with excellent food, sunbeds and tranquillity, and the more public beach restaurant/bar, very attractive to the youth, a diving centre and wellness centre. Just a bit further west of Illetas is the famous marina of Portal Nous with luxury yachts, some of the most famous restaurants of the island and an interesting night life.

Further details indoors: On ground floor is a small shower with WC and the washing machine. Upstairs, between the two bedrooms, is a large bathroom with tub and two wash-basins. The house has new electric sun-blinds, both by the master bedroom and the nicely furnished front terrace. The air-condition is reversible. There are two TVs in the house, one large flat screen satellite-TV in the livingroom, as well as a DVd and CD-player, and a second TV in the master bedroom.
Further details outdoors: The exclusive pool area is large, with a lawn, flowerbeds, outdoor shower and toilet. Please observe: no food nor drink by the pool! The property is situated on a slope so there are some stairs from the parking to the house, as well as stairs to get down to the beach.
The number 3 bus runs every 10 minutes between Palma City and the Illetas beach.
The Bendinat Golf Course is within a 2 minute drive. Many other excellent golf courses are within a short drive.
Conditions
For the booking to be valid we need a deposit of 50%, which should be made within a week of booking. You may pay by bank transfer or credit card. The balance is to be paid one month before arrival.
