About the home

Bungalow in Mediterranean style located in Ses Illetes-Bendinat. Very quiet neighbourhood, 300 m to three wonderful beaches of white sand, equipped with deckchairs and sunshades, rental of watersports material, bars and restaurants (see Photo gallery).Very well-equipped bungalow. Private garden and terrace around the house. Communal garden and swimming-pool, solarium with showers, lavatories and W.C. Spectacular night lighting.

Wonderful views to the Bay of Palma. No mass tourism. With its natural surroundings this bungalow is the ideal place to spend quiet and unforgettable holidays in Mallorca.Outdoor:Common areas: swimming-pool with area for kids, large garden. Shower and W.C. Car park (1) available.Private area: sunny terrace of 140 m2, luxuriant garden and spectacular sea views. Garden furniture, BBQ, night lighting. Discretion and privacy guaranteed.

Distribution: - one main room (double bed) with en-suite bathroom and independent exit to the garden;- veranda equipped with two single beds (possibility of putting them together);- living room (fireplace);- fully equipped american kitchen;- mezzanine with 1 double sofa-bed and a small office. The mezzanine can be accessed both by a ladder from the living-room and from the garden through an iron staircase.

Laundry-room ;- total surface 120 m2 decorated in a charming and very original Mediterranean style;- on the private terrace there is also a wooden hut with a fully equipped bathroom, which is commonly used by the owner after taking care of the maintenance of the outdoor area of the house (watering of the garden, cleaning of the terrace). This bathroom can also e used by the guests.Indoor: - Air conditioning.- Hot water.- Fully equipped kitchen (glas-ceramic hob, oen, microwaves, toaster, coffe-machine, fridge, freezer, dish-wsher, washing-machine).- TV (national and international channels), DVD and CD player.- Wi-Fi.- Alarm clock, safe, sheets and towels.

The house (bungalow) site on a quiet country lane about a fifteen minute walk from the village and the house itself has wonderful views across the surrounding countryside towards the sea - and a fine day you can clearly see the island Cabrera.

The house is of a good size with traditional farmhouse kitchen, ceramic tiled floor and pretty painted units with wooden and granite work surfaces. there is a truly cosy sitting room with ingle-nook fireplace, beams and comfy sofas which leads through to a separate dining room (6 persons).

A particular feature of the farmhouse is the garden with its large but shallow pond - ideal for children or those young at heart to row across, paddle in or generally muck on.

This is a really cosy farmhouse and a much loved home with just the right mix of modern equipment and rustic charm to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped bungalow is the perfect choice to invest in a top-end, comfortable and relaxing holiday. The 3 independent bedrooms make it suitable for families travelling together.

Illetas beaches are amongst the most popular in the island. There are 3 main beaches
with pristine waters and white sand all within a few minutes walk. Portals, Palmanova
and Magalluf are also nearby.

The Puerto Portals marina is considered one of the most luxurious ports in Spain.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs to enjoy a trendy evening. The stylish
"Virtual" club built inside a giant cave is a highly recommended choice for dining,
drinking and dancing right next to home.

The airport is 20 mins. away. Buses to Palma city centre run every 9 minutes. If your
choice is to rent a car, you to can to consult with the owner.

Within a 5 mins. drive you can find: Puerto Portals, Genova's famous local restaurants,
Bendinat and Portals Nous. 10 mins. away; Palma city centre, PortoPi shopping centre,
Palmanova and Magalluf. 15-20 mins: Santa Ponsa, Paguera and Andratx.

Bendinat Golf is just2 mins. away. It features an 18 hole 70 par Golf course with an
amazing scenery. In the golf club you can also enjoy fabulous outside concerts
(summer), as well as some high standard restaurants. You can also enjoy many other
golf courses within a short range such as Son Vida, Santa Ponsa, Poniente ann many
others.

30% of the total price is to be paid upon reservation by bank transfer.
- A 200 € deposit shall be added to the 30% reservation.
- The deposit will be refunded per bank transfer within five days after departure.
- The rest of the total price (70%) payable per bank transfer no later than 15 days prior to arrival.

- During the whole high season (June, July, Agust, September and Easter), the minimum rental is seven days (from Saturday to Saturday).
- Check-in : From 15h00.
- Check-out: Before 12h00.
- During low season rental under 7 days can be arranged.

Majorca transport network includes Trains to Soller, Inca, Manacor, the new metro to the university, aswell as a wide range of buses covering the whole island. The port of Palma is also home to one of the most transitted Cruise ship ports in the world with more than a 1 million passengers year.

Mallorcas beaches and Calas are simply breathtaking. Enjoy from long kilometric popular white beaches to private and isolated crystal clear "calas", beaches surrounded by mountain.

The climate is mediterranean, ranging from hot summers of 30 º C to mild warm winters of aprox 18 º C.

The Illetes area

Illetes, sometimes referred to as the "Golden Mile" strip enjoys gorgeous views to the bay, a very attractive seaside, and is in an excellent location. Just 20 mins. away from the airport, and a few mins. away from the finest restaurants, bars and nightclubs in the famous Portals Marina. If you wish to catch up with your favourite sport, Bendinat Golf is just 2 mins. away.

Head for Palma's cultural and shopping experience just 10 mins. away or simply relax in the peaceful pool, sea
area and wonderful gardens that the commmunity has to offer.
