The Mallorca/Majorca region

Its historic and cultural value is overwelming. The numerous towns such as Soller, Valldemosa, Deia, Binissalem, are a a very good representation of Mallorquin heritage. Palma is a growing cosmopolitan city, it offers a vast range of historic acitivities such as the worlds biggest gothic cathedral, the Bellver castle, and palma old town, as well as innumerable shopping choices.
Mallorca transport network includes Trains to Soller, Inca, Manacor, the new metro to the university, aswell as a wide range of buses covering the whole island. The port of Palma is also home to one of the most transitted Cruise ship ports in the world with more than a 1 million passengers last year.
Mallorcas beaches and Calas are simply breathtaking. Enjoy from long kilometric popular white beaches to private and isolated crystal clear "calas", beaches surrounded by mountain.
The climate is mediterranean, ranging from hot summers of 30š C to mild warm winters of aprox 18š C.

Numerous activities such as diving school, waterskiing, Banana rides are available next door to the Zodiac Apartments. Illetas is a peaceful and beautiful bay with a choice of small cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. There are three great 5 star hotels nearby including Hotel Maricel which is 5 mins walk away and you can book to enjoy their recently awarded best breakfast in the world.
Illetas beaches are amongst the most popular in the island. There are 3 main beaches with pristine waters and white sand all within a few minutes walk. Portals, Palmanova and Magalluf are also nearby.
The Puerto Portals marina is considered one of the most luxurious ports in Spain. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs to enjoy a trendy evening. The stylish "virtual club" built inside a giant cave is a highly recommended choice for dining, drinking and dancing right next to home.
The airport is 20 mins away. Once in the apartment, taxis can be arranged with the porter. Buses to Palma city centre run every 9 minutes. If your choice is to rent a car, there are many rent-a-cars on the main street as well as in the airport. A covered private parking space is available at an extra cost and is recommended in case you decide to rent a car due to lack in public parking space.
Within a 5 mins drive you can find: Puerto Portals, Genova's famous local restaurants, Bendinat and Portals Nous. 10 mins away; Palma city centre, PortiPi shopping centre, Palma Nova and Magalluf. 15-20 mins: Santa Ponsa, Paguera and Andratx.
Bendinat Golf is just 2 mins away. It features an 18 hole 70 par Golf course with an amazing scenery. In the golf club you can also enjoy fabulous outside concerts (summer), as well as some high standard restaurants. You can also enjoy many other golf courses within a short range such as Son Vida, Santa Ponsa, Poniente and many others.

A 30% non-refundable deposit to be received max. 6 days after booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay. For last minute bookings the full amount is to be paid prior to arrival.
A 300 euro deposit will be requested as a deposit on the time of key turn over. This money will be returned on leaving day when nothing has been damaged.
Changeover day. Saturday is changeover day in the summer. Acceptable arriving times 13:00 - 21:00. Departure 11:00am. Special requests are welcome.
