The apartment is fully self contained, on the ground floor of this Victorian former gentlemen's residence (access by external steps). Newly renovated the apartment is therefore furnished and equipped to a high standard with gas fired central heating throughout including underfloor heating in the bathroom. Although popular with couples the apartment sleeps 4.

Ilfracombe became popular in Victorian times with holiday makers and still provides a great destination today. Ideally placed for walks in either direction along the coastal footpath or hikes on nearby Exmoor National Park.

A town full of activities including the historic Tunnel Beaches, the haunted Chambercombe Manor, Landmark Theatre and Cinema. During the summer a trip to the unspoilt Lundy Island is a must from Ilfracombe harbour.

A wonderful spacious apartment , very well furnished, very comfortable and well equipped. The view of the sea from the conservatory is fantastic! 10 min walk to harbour and amenities.In short a fabulous place to stay. |

We spent a lovely week in Ilfracombe and this flat was perfect for us. Not too far from the town centre, with a fantastic sea view. Very clean and comfortable, and very child friendly. We'd love to come back next year. |

Situated in a convenient location for local facilities, this apartment is very well appointed and well kept. There is everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including a washing machine. There is a sea view which you can enjoy from the conservatory dining area or the small terrace. This apartment is ideal for one or two couples or a small family. Highly recommended. |
